Purchased a brand new Jayco travel trailer two and a half months ago with this dealership. When purchasing, the finance manager was trying to rob us in a higher interest rate. After letting him know we would call the credit union ourselves, he told us he would talk to them himself. Found out they make money off extra interest rates. We got the rate we wanted. Trailer has had roof problems since our first trip. ****** the service manager and **** the service advisor telling us we would have to pay for the tear down. Its under warranty. I have video of the roof liner lifting up coming from Tahoe. They both stated they need to pay our mechanics and warranty does not pay enough. After telling them I would call ***** myself they agreed to do it under warranty. No communication at all from these guys for weeks. I finally got a hold of **** and he advised it was ready to go. I went to pick up my trailer and they both proceeded to tell me that couldnt find the problem by blowing 55 psi of air through a air nozzle. These guys are stupid and not well trained. The trailer is being towed at 55mph and the wind gravity is much stronger. I went on another trip and CHP pulled me over. The liner is now worse and have holes due to the staples poking out of the wood. The roof needs to be fixed for sure. Called and called and called. One week I finally got a hold of them again. Took it in yesterday and **** and ****** refused to take it and told me to call ***** to get a new trailer. These guys are horrible. I called Jayco to file a complaint against their certified dealer. I sent Jayco my videos. I am now taking it to a dealer in Manteca. So much better customer service there. Nice people and helped me right away. I would never recommend these guys for purchasing or service. High turn over rate of employees, new ones all the time and old ones gone. A bunch of techs who dont know anything. They couldnt even get my weigh distribution hitch in right. It fell apart 3 tReview from Jay S

The service department is inefficient and unprofessional. Unanswered telephones, lazy, dishonest and poorly trained employees and a service manager that is either clueless or more likely part of the problem.Review from Larrie R

Bought a brand new rv in April 2022, fridge has not worked from day 1. Called them and they say it worked before we left lot. I have called numerous times and gotten no help. They sent me to the manufacturer, who sent me to the fridge manufacturer, who sent me to a local repair guy, who requires me to pay him out of pocket and hope for warranty reimbursement. Dealer did nothing to help, I had to do all this myself. Zero customer service. Instead of "what can we do to help" we got "call someone else, is not our problem". Repair guy has been here 3 times going thru the required troubleshooting steps to discover its not a single part. The entire cooling unit needs to be replaced. I'm being quoted 6 grand. Repair guy says there is no way this worked at the lot. So they sold me an rv with an inoperative fridge and they knew it. When I ask for help, I'm on my own. Dishonest, no integrity, no support, condescending, dismissive. Once they get your money and you leave, they don't care about you or what they've done to you.Review from Sue A.

We bought our ************************** there in 2015 because it was the only dealership within a 200 mile radius that had the make and model we wanted. I should've known they were a crank operation since they nickel and dimed us for sewer hoses, attachments, etc. Since then we have contacted them for two different items. Both times have been given the runaround. This last time I contacted them in May to get a replacement table that had been stolen out of our trailer. I was very clear that the entire table and stand were taken and needed replacements. After 4 phone calls with promises to return my calls, I finally was able to get the table ordered after being told initially it was $65 and then being called later to say it was $125 plus a $20 delivery fee. Not happy but we needed it for a long camping trip in July, so I agreed and paid for it. Table comes the end of June and it's the tabletop ****. I've made six calls and been promised a call back on every one. Finally get a call back from parts manager, she assured me she would take care if it and call the next day. 2 days later I get a call and they blame me for ordering just the tabletop and then say it's going to cost another $150 for the base. After two months an initial $65 purchase turned into $295 and the base would not arrive in time for our trip. DONE! Ordered the part from ****** and reported this lousy company to ***** for the 2nd time. Worst customer service experiences I've ever dealt with."Review from Vincent Z.

I had bought my ** at ******************. ***** was great. Brought my ** in for repairs in Dec 2020. Inspected ** and stated they have to contact ***** for warranty coverage. I had to call back to follow up several times to the point i had to go there physically. Got an appt date to drop off ** of April 13th. 4 months later. As of today June 16th they have not touched my **!!!! I am so sickened by the service of this place. I have been making my payments on an ** that I don't even have, never mind losing months of warranty coverage. I will never go there again and never buy or reccomend ***** to anyone."Review from Suz M

We ordered a part from this place of business. A piece of the part sat on their shelf for 2-3 weeks and they never notified us that it was in. In the meantime we found the part someplace else and tried to cancel this order. They said they would "try" to cancel it. We called multiple times to see if the cancellation had been completed. They said they would look into it and get back to us. They never looked in to it and never credited the credit card. After 2 months of back and forth on the phone we made a trip to their office. We were told part of the part was in but not all of it. We canceled the order (showing them the list of times we had tried to do that) and sat there until someone credited the credit card account. Good thing we kept track of how often and who we talked with. No one wanted to take responsibility for the transaction and the lack of response.
