My *********** purchased a $35,000 travel trailer from this business in May of this year. When we signed for the trailer the finance department pushed that we purchase an extended warranty. At that time we thought it was a good idea & went with it. The very next day we decided that we did not need the extended warranty & called RVS of Sacramento for weeks requesting that the warranty be canceled and we be credited. We left messages with the sales department as finance never called back . No one ever called us back. We proceeded to contact the third party who actually owns the extended warranty 45ish days after purchase and they had no record of our warranty. I provided them with our reference number that was provided at signing and nothing had been received by RVS of Sacramento at that point. We had already made a payment on the trailer and therefore paid for the warranty. It took over 2 months for RVs of Sacramento to send our paperwork into the insurance company. An expense that RVS of Sacramento charges is a walk through fee of over $1,000. When we went to pick up our trailer the woman who did the walk through was not educated about travel trailers . The only thing they provided for the fee was propane bottles and a battery which values at less than $150.00 total. When we paid the deposit for the trailer which was a week prior to pick up we notated with the company the issues with the trailer and they assured us it would be fixed but most went unfixed. Labor Day weekend we went on a trip to Santa **** and were hooked up to city water for 3 days. When we went to leave we noticed that the underbelly of the trailer was full of water. We went under the trailer and took photos and videos and sent them to RVs of Sacramento requesting an appointment. after several days w/o response we called & pushed for an appointment. They refused to recreate the event by staying hooked up to water for the amount of time we were they also made us pay the diagnostic fee.
