My kids and I went through the drive thur at Carl's ** on 3/2/22 at 4:09pm. We placed our order and waited over 20 mins for our food. When I received the bag, I asked *** the customer service representative if everything was in the bag and he said yes. Once I arrived at home, I began to pull the food from the bag and realized the fries were missing. I immediately drove back to the restaurant and talked to ***. I told him the fries were not in the bag he immediately became defensive and said he put the fries in the bag and knows that they were in there. I said to *** again I didn't receive the fries. I explained I didn't have time or gas to waste coming back to the restaurant to lie about receiving two orders of fires. *** was very argumentative and insisted he placed the fries in the bag. I requested to speak to a manager he claimed no manager was on duty. He told me I would need to return to the restaurant the next morning to speak to management. I asked for the manager's name. He refused to give it to me, so I left the restaurant.
