              Will never recommend, hire, work with, go into contract with anyone that has ************************* as a realtor. We went into contract and this is one of the biggest reasons we do not like how realtors conduct business when they do not come recommended by someone you know personally, because of shady things that come up. Even stood on our property before the build and we voiced our concern of our bedroom privacy and their home being so close to our property line before the closing of the contract and the building began. We asked for the fence dividing our property to be at least 7 feet high which is not, and close to 8 feet when it was to arise. It is in the contract. We were to work with them on it and they never even asked us if we were happy. We voiced we were not happy about the height. There were at least trees giving us some privacy before. Not a person of her word as a realtor. I highly recommend to stay as far away as possible.
