Purchased over $300 worth of leggings and sports bras from Love Her Shop in November 2022. After wearing the Black ***** leggings only 3 times between late November 2022 and late January 2023, a hole formed in the left calf. I contacted Love Her Shop via email on 1/29/2023 and did not receive a response. From there, I commented on their galentines social media post on ******** on 2/3/2023 about my issue. Instead of responding, the company deleted my comment. I reposted the same comment on the same post on 2/9/2023, and again the company deleted my comment and chose not to respond to me. On 2/10/2023, I commented on a different post, this time including a picture of the inferior quality leggings with the hole. Again, my comment was deleted and the company did not respond. I also sent a private message to the company via ******** on 2/10/2023 reiterating the issue with the leggings I purchased. Someone at the company read my message, but again, chose not to respond. Both my email and ******** messages to the company included a picture of the sub bar quality leggings with the hole in the calf. My messages originally asked that the company send a replacement pair of the same leggings, but at this point, I just want my $35 back. Given how they have chosen to ignore me as a customer, I would never want another pair of their leggings ever again.
