      Maita Toyota jacked up my Toyota Camry 2022 that I bought with my. own money and paid in full. I did not finance it and I never finance my cars. I do not have monthly payments on anything. I want to be free. ***************** the imposter ****** never paid for anything and she is lying her a** off about everything. She is using Ritu Jains identity and her fake ID. The real ***************** is dead and has been dead for over 30 years. The real ***************** went to ******* school of medicine and never graduated because she was murdered because she wanted to lose her guild. I am not a graduate of ******* school of medicine and I never was and I want their fake transcripts and their fake diploma so I can turn it in to the ***** and force them to lose their accreditation. I graduated from ******* undergrad in 1988 and The **************************** in 1994 and I went to ************************* and ******************** to do my internship. I went to The ********************** in the department of anesthesia. My name is ********************* aka *******************. I am from ******** and I have been living in this town since 1996. I am an ***** queen and I have been writing to the ***** for years because I cannot get out of this nightmare guild. I never signed up for any guild at any school or university and there is no guild signature and no consent anywhere. No consent ever.

      Took my car for regular oil change. Toyota advisor inform me that my struts were leaking-will need to replace my strut and shocks. Everything was replaced under my extended warranty. I got my car back after a few day in their main shop. Driving it felt like I had no shock. It felt like I was hitting a metal each time I drove over a bump or crack on the road. I eventually went back for my tire rotation (5 k mile later)and complained about a clicking/ metal sound. Toyota rotated my tires and said they found nothing wrong with their previous job. I went back after another 5k and complained about the same noise. They changed my oil again and assure me everything was fine. After a year and a half, my car started making louder clicking sound. I had my husband look at it. Within 5 minutes of looking, he found the issue- the s**** on top of my shock was not screwed all the way. I took my car back to Toyota and showed them the photo. It was then that they believed me and took my car back into the shop. I took my car in on a Thursday, they did not call me back until Friday afternoon to tell me what they found. They then told me that they ordered parts and my car wouldnt be fixed until the parts arrive on Monday. They even told me I might possible be responsible for this job depending on what they find- which isnt right because they install the part and never looked at the issue when I first brought it to their attention. It was then that they told me they wouldnt advise me driving my car and would only offer 1 day free car rental even though they wouldnt fix my car until Monday (3 days)-leaving me car less, having to figure out my out transportation to work on those days.I asked for the manger to call me back on that Friday-never received a call.I called Toyota on Monday afternoon. They finally said they would be able to cover since its a faulty part.I finally got my car back around 5:30pm. Check your car if you service here.Im still waiting for the manager to call me.

      Toyota of Sacramento stole $22,000 from me. I wanted to buy a RAV4 outright for $22,000. I thought I owned it. Then they started sending me carnotes. I had to turn the car back in. It's because I was a black female.

      I took my faithful **** Toyota truck in to this dealership for the third time on Feb 21st '23 to resolve an ongoing problem that I had spent over $2,000.00 to fix (engine runs rough at idle).My complaint is with Management and none of the workers. The intake specialist took a detailed history/report from me. On the 22nd, I was contacted to approve the head to be evaluated by a machine shop. I called Feb 28 to find out a status. No response. I called on March 2 and was told I would be called back. No response. On March 3rd, at 10:30AM, I called and asked to speak to the Sales Manager. I politely asked for his assistance since no one in Service was returning my call. No response. At 2:45 pm I called and asked to speak to the Service Manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and my call was dropped. I called again and was told that the Manager would return my call. No response. The next day (Saturday Mar 4) an intake specialist returned my call. He apologized and said he was covering for 2 others and had 40 + customers to take care of. He told me my truck was still at the dealership and that the head had been sent to a machine shop for evaluation. I asked for the name of the shop. On Monday Mar 6 I called the machine shop to ask the status of their inspection. The Manager was as concerned as I was because he had told Maita last week that a valve job was required and was only waiting approval. I am still waiting for Maita to call me about approving a valve job that they have been sitting on for for a week. I asked if Maita was in the business of serving cars or customers....because clearly, they are doing neither. I wonder when I will get the call... It will be the last time I do any business with this group of incompetent Managers that won't step in while other staff are away....zero excuses.

      Maita Toyota, All Staff: Racketeering, engaging in a pattern of illegal scheming and activity for profit. A racket is a fraudulent and often illegal activity that is often carried out by means of extortion or intimidation. Your practices destroy ** relationships. The self righteous greedy ***** started the collections process along with removal from ****************************

      Made it Toyota called me and stated I owed them a check and I and I said I don't have a check he is he accused me of lying and said it's right here you cashed it. I have not received a check from Toyota and I have not cashed a check from Toyota I will never do business again with Toyota this is the 2nd complaint I've had to file on them they are rude they are a liars and I am sick of it. If they want this car back they can come and get it but they better have my Highlander in front parked in front of my house. I was lied to from the get go And made a Toyota you are a fraud of a business.

      DO *** PURCHASE A CAR FROM MAITA TOYOTA.Our experience purchasing our car was inconvenient, but manageable. We spent about 6 hours at the dealership on a Saturday (with our 3 year old and 5 year old). We picked out our car pretty quickly (a new 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid) and then proceeded to spend 4 hours waiting for them to run our application in the system for a loan. At about hour 5, they told us their system was down, but should be back up soon. We waited another hour (again, with our small children) and then decided to come back the next day. As the salesperson said, "Oh - no big deal that you have to come back since you don't live too far." No apology. No acknowledgment of the fact that we'd been there for 6 hours already. We did come back the next day and after about 2 hours, left with our new car.As my husband drove it home, he realized that there was an issue with the front windshield. The little bit of time we had spent with it before we purchased it wasn't enough to see that there was a problem that impacted his ability to see while driving. He felt it was a safety issue and so he called Maita right away to have it taken care of. They said they weren't sure what they could do, but they'd call us back in the next day or so. They never called us back, so we had to call Toyota corporate to get them to ask the dealership to fix it. After a week, they agreed to fix the windshield. They had it for over a week and they replaced the windshield TWICE. We finally got it back.The issue is not fixed. It is unsafe. We don't know what to do. We've contact ********************, we've contacted Toyota corporate. They said they will not fix it again. So, they have left us to drive an unsafe car with two small children. Needless to say, we have already contacted a lemon lawyer.We asked Maita if we could just trade it in for a different car instead. We will gladly pay the same amount for a Sienna or even a Rav4. They said no. This shows a clear lack of care for customer satisfaction and, more importantly, customer safety. I also think it is a poor business model. We would be customers for life if they fixed this issue. They refused to help us and now we are going to do our best to make sure none of our friends or family ever purchases a car from here either.

      We had our Toyota serviced at Maita Toyota in Sacramento in preparation for a road trip on 5/28/2021. After the service we were driving north on I-5 and noticed a noise coming from the left front tire. We stopped to inspect the tire and it was clear something was wrong. We made a detour to ************************* in ****** **. Here are the exact words from the technician at *** ******: "Test drove vehicle to verify noise coming from ********, inspected vehicle and found lug nuts on the L/F wheel almost about to fall off, torqued all four corners and found that on all four tires lug nuts were loose". The poor service by Maita Toyota put my family and other drivers in danger. After returning from our road trip I called the service department at Maita Toyota to speak with a manager on 6/2/2021. I was told the manager, **** ******, was with another customer and that he would call me back. I have yet to receive a call from a service manager at Maita Toyota. After initially reporting I received an email from Toyota staing to contact ******************** if I do not hear from the service manager by 6/16.2021. On 6/16/2021 Justine from Maita Toyota left me a message stating that ******* ****** would be calling me. I'm writing on 6/27/2021 and I have not heard from ******* or anyone else from Maita Toyota since that message was left.
