SCAMMERS. This business sold my girlfriend a car. The car seemed okay, but upon purchasing the car we quickly found out that it had MAJOR issues, such as a bad head gasket (over $1,000 repair). We took the car to multiple legitimate mechanic shops and were told from all of them that the damage was severe enough there was no way the dealer didn't know about it. We also were handed a document that stated this vehicle had structural damage, but were told this document was just for legal reasons, and that the vehicle had no damage at all and a clean carfax report. This was a lie, they showed us a fake carfax report, the car did indeed has reported damage. They also said the vehicle passed smog, which is a requirement if you're going to sell a vehicle in **********. They told ** they will mail us the smog certificate in the mail. Once the car was sold they never sent the documents and actually blocked our phone number when we asked for the documents. They lied to us multiple times through the purchasing process and prey on people that aren't knowledgeable on cars. They do not operate legally, avoid this place like a plague.

-Negative star. I would not buy. Cars breakdown after purchase. Car dealership owers think they are protected with this as is warranty. It's not true. Cars engine light come on after 2 days buying it. Don't be believe intimidated go to court. Do a DMV complaint. This place needs to be investigated by DMV.

I did not give anyone a fake carfax, any document with structural damage, make any promise to mail a smog certificate or block numbers when asked about any document. I do not know what this person is talking about. Please note, their review needs to be removed from ****** and yelp. Perhaps, this might have happened to them at another dealership
