Scott is professional, responsive and highly competent. My case was complex in that it involved two different states and unclaimed funds in excess of $40k. Scott could not have been more helpful. He was also the first of many to contact me about reclaiming these funds (being first counts and says a lot as well). I basically just did everything he told me to do to a 'T' and then mustered up some patience and waited. And then, right in the timeframe Scott had outlined for me, the funds were released and now I'm sitting on found money. This is a guy who does what he says he is going to do and that is a rare thing these days. If you are in a similar situation as mine I highly recommend Pettinato & Associates. I'm quite pleased with how my business was handled and the outcome too.Review from Suzy L

Great experience with this firm. Scott Pettinato very detailed as well as explaining process along the way. Exactly what was clarified from the beginning and extremely patient while.working this case. Very good with legal documents required to file case, and no delay on recovery. I received a letter in the mail from Pettinato & Associates stating there was some unclaimed money from the state. At first I was skeptical. But for some reason, their letter seemed legitimate and I contacted them thinking that as long as they don't start asking for my personal information and money up front, I'll give them a chance. Well, every step of the way they were extremely professional, communicative, and non-intrusive to my personal info. I took it a step at a time and as everything progressed, it became obvious they knew what they were doing and they cared about doing what's right for their clients. When all was said and done, they recovered a little over $7,000 of unclaimed money for me. I highly recommend their services!!Review from Pat M

Pettinato & Associates helped me recover lost assets from my old business I never even knew were gone or missing. Not only did they notify me, but they also followed through. The process was long and tedious but Pettinato was always there to pick up the phone or give me a progress report. Awesome service (which can often be tough to say for law offices). I must confess...I was very skeptical when I was first approached by this group about money that was owed to us. I did reach out and reviewed their services.They were amazing! Great communication, very responsive, and set the proper expectations. AND...we received our money! Very clean and professional. I truly enjoyed my experience --- and locating money that I would have never found without this team.Very impressed with their team and business model. Scott P******** was able to retrieve money from accounts belonging to my deceased father’s accounts. He worked tirelessly to do so, including having a death certificate translated from Japanese which was 100% necessary to receive the claim. He is completely professional and to the point. I hope if anyone receives a letter from Pettinato & associates or is looking for lost assets takes it seriously and follows through with them.Review from Gary L

Cannot more highly recommend P&A. Every interaction with them was promptly, courteously and professionally handled by them. They kept us fully informed at all times as to what was going to happen as well as what needed to happen for us to be able to access our funds. In truth they went above and beyond the service that the relationship called for. Obviously this whole area of commerce/law has to be filled with disreputable dishonest people who take advantage of others - how refreshing to have someone that does exactly what they say, exactly when they say it and follows up whenever asked. I would highly recommend Pettinato & Associates. I was skeptical at first when I received an email from this firm suggesting I could possibly have funds due me after the death of a relative. But after some on-line research I decided to go ahead with them. ***** was extremely helpful and courteous. It turns out I was entitled to some money from this estate. I am very satisfied with the results.
