- We work in all areas from Sacramento to Modesto. We do not charge a gas mileage fee. But we do charge a waiting fee and a cancel in route fee of $50.00. Partial payments are asked before a cleaner is to start, after completing the job the rest must be paid in full before the cleaner leaves. We do not accept checks, cashier checks that is digitally printed with a recipt is accepted, debit credit card payments or cash is accepted.Refunds are only provided if you paid in advance and decided to cancel 24 hour before the cleaners arrival. Please note if you choose not to pay a claim report will be filed at your address. Please note cleaners can not wait we have other clients scheduled If a cleaner waits it makes them late for their next client and can cause loss in wages if that is to happen you will be charged an hour late fee of $40.00. You may pay for additional hours but please inform us an hour before your hour is up. Otherwise cleaners are done when service hours paid for are done. We are a licensed business backed by the Better Business Bureau. Be aware that hours are paid by how many cleaners are there if you pay for a 4 hour basic cleaning package of $160 2 cleaners split the hours completing your services within 2 hours you are required to still pay for the full 4 hours sorry for any inconvenience but this is how we ensure our cleaners get paid thank you.
