So I've stayed with my family on June 17-19. I booked directly with their website through choices hotels. I've paid the first night with my card and I paid the other night with cash and they also require a deposit which I paid in cash. I've stayed at this motel multiple times and have enjoy every stay up till this point which makes me very disappointed because my family and really like this place but anyways the person whom checked me in pretty sure is the manager gave me the wrong change he owed me an extra 20 my thing is okay that's fine but he didn't admit fault and was kinda nonchalant about it. Okay, fine I let it go but as I'm checking out the lady tells me I'm only getting 185.95 for my deposit when I put down 200.The reason being was since it was the weekend the rates went up. It would have been fine on my part if I was suppose to pay more at check in than bombarded at checkout and not getting my full deposit. Just seem like they were trying to be shady. Can you please help me with the Guest first and last name so we can look into this situation. we are 68 Unit hotel property and It has been over two weeks I do not recall any bad situation, top of my head. but Guest name and Date will help me look into the case to respond you appropriately.

SO I am attaching the guest registration card room was booked under ZAVALA GABRIEL, second guest was SAELEE EMILY. you can clearly see registered guest have signed and agreed to the difference of rates and for two days on Guest Registration card. and hotel have only charge for two days estimated cost. if you can see on guest Folio, guest paid two different payments of $ 141.01 one by cash transaction and other Credit Card transaction. plus $200.00 deposit on card. (two nights payment plus deposit). but in reality there was difference of rate for night for 17th June it was 123.49 plus tax, which comes to $ 141.01 and second night rate was $ 135.79 which comes to $155.06 total cost. (you can see hotel on;y collected two transaction of 141.01 and not 155.06 for second night) guest was explained the rate difference, that he paid less and he agreed, understood and signed upon check out time on the final bill folio. you can clearly see that too.
I am sorry guest feel differently. but we are here to serve our guest. and besides i do not think i want to loose guest for life for only dispute of under $15.00 Please see the attached guest registration cards and folio...

I am rejecting this response because: my change was not given properly there possibly maybe a miscommunication because my boyfriend did go in first but came out and got irate and told me to go in which was not explained to me when I went in which should have been explained ABOUT THE RATE My thing is I WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY FINE PAYING THE EXTRA MONEY I DONT HAVE THE PROBLEM IT WAS HOW I FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING RIP OFF AND HOW THE MANAGER DIDNT ADMIT FAULT AND TOLD THE OTHER GIRL JUST GET THE 20. DID HE NOT KNOW HOW TO COUNT OR WAS THAT 20 FOR THE EXTRA RATE OR WHAT? ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY IM JUST REALLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I STAY AT THIS Motel ALOT AND ITS MY FIRST PICK TO GO.
