      Never do business with these guys.First time caller from an radio infomercial.This person **** at BMA was very sharp in answering any of my questions.Was a simple question about do they clean the furnace air conditioning coil in the attic.She was very combative in her response.Cant imagine what their service call would look like?Ill try some one else for this service.I guess you get what you pay for!Anyway good commercials.

      Once again ***************************** did a great job. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient. He was training a new technician ****** ***** was nice and personable. *** explained everything and walked ** through his findings. The next day ***************************** came out to discuss a replacement for a hvac system. He explained everything and didn't try to upsell us on a system that we didn't need. Your staff continues to impress us.

      I would not choose any star if this program didn't force it. Recently we got estimates from 5 HVAC companies to replace our aging system. ****** and *** came from Big Mountain. They were very personable but after they left, we realized we felt hustled. *** examined the system, telling us we need new ductwork, adding $11000 to the already $15000 cost. He told us if we didn't replace the system, it would end up costing us $13674 over the next year. ****** told us if we didn't get the ductwork he really couldn't guarantee that the new system would last. While ****** was talking, *** was asking me for my credit card to get me signed up for their maintenance program. The whole presentation seemed aimed at scaring us into a higher price. Then the estimate we got didn't even give details so it was of no use in comparing other companies. I truly believe that these guys were gaming us, especially since we are seniors. Not cool at all! I caution anyone interested in doing business with this company to be very very careful. Just because someone seems nice doesn't mean you can trust them.

      Wish we didnt have to even rate a star to communicate our dissatisfaction.Absolutely am so disgusted by this business and their customer service perspective. We subscribed to their yearly maintenance membership. They called us for a maintenance service to which we accepted. The employee came out, accidentally broke the system and left. They sent another employee, ***** who was rude and argumentative and insisted that the problem was already existing. LIES. Our air worked prior to their visit. We tried to follow up multiple times to try to obtain air and they refused to accept responsibility and or resolution other than (of course) replacement quoting $15000. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY!

      This is why i would like to file a complaint and a review i have never experienced any thing like this before.. I try to resolve this my self but i get nowhere still no contact from this company to let me know if they talked to ****** or wrote her up or ever if they fired her. You don't treat your customer's like this. This the review i gave them. I paid for a monthly plan every 6 month they come and clean both my unit's (PER- ***** thats the plan he sold me for ***** a month both unit's is what he said) started off good in the beginning the came and cleaned both unit's I didn't ask thats just what they did! Same for the 2nd but the 3rd time the guy did absolutely nothing when I called to ask about the plan and what all i get for ***** a month ****** had an aditude first of all now i called to ask not to argue but she escalated i asked to cancle my plan she argued about that I really don't even know if it is canceled.She thought she ended the conversation- argument but didn't hang up her phone, I thought she was talking to me? Well she wasn't!! She was talking about me calling me a b**** because I "dropped a bomb" and canceled continued to talk about me my husband and i listen for a little so I ended only to call back to confront her about what I heard she did not deny it she said I dropped a bomb" it just floored her continued to argued with me i asked to speak to a manager she refused I asked to speak to the owner she refused so i hung up but called back only to speak to an employee AKA said manager no name he said he would take care of it and get back to me here it is 3 weeks later still nothing. Customer's keep the company in business so be kind to your customers. I my self have 16 years in customer service, never have i argued with my customers.. iIf i choose to cancle my contract, my hard earned money I have that right!

      I purchased a new **** system from Big Mountain H & A in 2009 - the system I purchased was based on Big Mountain's design and recommendations, and I trusted their recommendations to be both accurate and adequate.Last year, a Big Mountain technician performed what seemed to be a thorough check of my system, and then announced that the ducting in my attic (and the cabinet that the upflow coil is installed in) were undersized, and that the resulting static pressure in the system was very high. The technician spoke with a Big ******************** supervisor by phone at that time, but no resolution was ever prescribed or performed.A subsequent visit this year by another Big Mountain technician resulted in a similar diagnosis (for some reason the coil cabinet issue was not included) The technician asked if I wanted a quote on correcting and the system, I requested the quote, and an estimator made a visit that same afternoon.The estimate provided that day was only verbal, although I requested a written estimate, which has never been received. (request was four months ago)The verbal quote was for in excess of $7000, and was described as " replacing any ductwork that needs replacing"I informed the estimator that, in fact, Big Mountain had replaced my **** system over 10 years ago, and had serviced it on numerous occasions, including replacing the main blower. So now, Big Mountain, who sold me the system, and installed the system, and had serviced the system for over 10 years, came to the conclusion - twice - that the ductwork was undersized, but that they would be happy to "fix" the problem they had created, at ** cost of over $7000.NEVER was anything about the existing ductwork discussed - at the time of the estimate to purchase the new **** system, nor during the 10 year warranty period - even though Big Mountain claims to have techs who are skilled at calculating systems that are compliant.I told both the estimator, at the time of his visit, and a service supervisor or dispatcher who contacted me the next business day, that I expected Big Mountain to correct my system at ***** cost - their failure to design the system properly should not be ** responsibility.No one from Big Mountain has contacted me since that visit four months ago - it's now painfully obvious where I reside in their list of priorities.
