    Me and my disabled son was not welcome at this place of business (Capital Live Scan). We walked in and waited for someone to help us but unfortunately, the staff looked at us as if we were invisible, there was no hi welcome in, give us a moment and we'll get to you, or any word to us. There was only three people who needed to get fingerprinted however me and my disabled son did not get acknowledged, we quietly left and decided to do business with Certifix Live Scan, who greeted us as we walked in and treated us with respect and a smile on their face. I was very pleased and did compliment them for great customer service and for making the customers feel welcome in their place of business. I will not do any business with or tolerate a racist establishment like Capitol Live Scan.

I was deeply concerned to read your review on the Better Business Bureau, and I want to personally extend our sincerest apologies that your visit to our business left you feeling ignored and unwelcome. That is not reflective of the values we hold as a company. 


    We pride ourselves on greeting every customer with warmth and respect, and it is especially troubling to hear that you and your son felt overlooked. We make it a point to ensure our technicians greet everyone as they walk through the door.  Please know that we take this feedback very seriously and are looking into the details of what happened during your visit.


    I was particularly disturbed by your impression that our actions were discriminatory in nature. We do not and will not tolerate racism or discrimination of any kind in our company. Respect, inclusivity, and integrity are core principles we live by.


    If you're open to it, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your experience and work toward a resolution. Your voice matters, and we would be grateful for the chance to make things right.
