On August 16th, I visited Bober Tea Usa. Located on **** *******, ********* , sometime between 3:00-4:00 pm. Upon entering there is a sign on the door saying restrooms are for paying customers only. I thought great! Its a cute place, Ill place an order and use the restroom. I first placed my order and went around the corner to then realize that the restroom was out of order. I was told to use the restroom at the ************* on the other end of the business building. When I came back to pick up my drink I thought Id rather not have the drink. It is not sanitary place. I asked for a manager and asked that they put an updated sign on the door letting paying customers know that if they needed a restroom none would be available. ****, who was the staff that I spoke with stated they were not going to update the sign and if I was there to use the restroom or get a boba. I told her both! I planned on getting a boba and using the restroom. Frankly, I was appalled at the lack of customer service. I asked so where do customers wash their hands? she said thats why we have hand sanitizer. I was so dissatisfied I asked for a refund and she stated that it would be a waste of product because they make the drinks on site and would not give me a refund. Please have this place fix the restroom. In addition, Im so disgusted with this experience and complete lack of customer service I am again requesting a refund of $7.37.
