My car spent 11 days in for repairs. I drove it, limping, across town 5 or 6 times, after being told by their techs that it was "repaired" each time. I felt like I was taking my life into my own hands. I could only drive about 50 MPH on the freeway while the car shook itself to pieces. I finally had to borrow a family members car to get to work. The problem was a tire. A single tire on the front left side. THAT'S IT. They adjusted the alignment, they changed a tire pressure sensor. They had my car for 11 DAYS and then finally told me that they couldn't fix the problem because it was "beyond their capabilities". Then they sent me all the way across town to a foreign car "specialty" repair shop for repairs because they couldn't find the problem. The repair shop found the issue in a single afternoon, but they don't have tires, so I had to drive my car BACK to Big O, The techs at the repair shop were appalled that Big O didn't immediately see the problem, they said it was "obvious".Initial Complaint

The business Big O Tires did repairs to my mother's car, overcharged her, forgot to reattach certain items, performed amateur repair jobs by placing a hose over a hose. The car is running worse than when it was taken to the shop. The initial problem of loud idle was never resolved, but had more added to it. I am writing on behalf of my senior citizen mother. My mom's car never rocked at idle. It does now. Big O tried to do expensive repairs out of her budget. I want to report them for their incompetent work and untrustworthy business practices. My mother was charged over $500 and I don't know how much work was necessary and how much just to increase the bill.
