Since I took the vehicle for a test drive we heard funny squeaky sound which the salesman told me that he was because he had a been used in a while but if the problem continue for me to let him know that they would take care of it. I have reached out to them seven times and all I get from them is the runaround nobody ever calls me back to set up a date for them to take a look at it and fix the problem, I have talked to numerous people there, including the higher up managers. I have given them plenty of opportunities to correct the issue and Im tired of it.Business response

I took my vehicle in for a repair to the Air conditioning/climate control system on 8/5/21 and they still have not fixed the problem or figured out what is causing the problem for that matter. It has been almost 8 weeks now. I have reached out to the managers, and the owners of the company and still can't get a straight answer as to what they are doing to fix my car or when I will get it back.
