Ordered a $480 part from Sinister Diesel and totalled out to $513 with shipping. Received the parts and went to install the kit. The 2 smaller tapped holes in the pipe were threaded incorrectly for the provided npc fittings and promptly stripped out obviously undersized and wrong thread pitch. I returned the entire kit package in the original box that was sent from Sinister Diesel. The returned items were received by Sinister Diesel and i was given a partial refund minus a $143 "restock fee" and was blamed on my end for the parts failure despite it never being installed due to threading/manufacturer's poor quality and machining. I called Sinister to inquire and was told its my fault and they wont refund the last $143 due to "restock fee". Im writing to you to get my remaining balance back as owed by Sinister Diesel. I paid $513 plus the $10 at the *** store to send it back but received only $380~ for the refund. All parts were returned to Sinister Diesel. Nothing can be done to the defective by manufacturer part except take it to an actual machine shop, pay to have them strip the current wrong threads out, retap with coreect threads and buy the appropriate sized fittings for the new threads. This is a manufacturing error on Sinister Diesels behalf and they need to own up to it and give me the full amount i paid them back to me. $143 restock fee for a part that cant even be used is a lieInitial Complaint

I ordered a 7 diameter BLACK exhaust tip on Nov 15, 2021. I was charged $119. On Nov 22, 2021 I received a chrome exhaust tip. I contact via email on Nov 23 asking for a return and received no response. I left a voicemail two days later but received no response. I then reached out via their Instagram and was told someone would send me a return label. I didnt receive a label. Ive reached out repeatedly for the last week and still and nobody has responded.Business response

I have spoken with our customer service team and they have talked to ************** and sent him a return label to get this back. We are also going to do a follow up call with him to make sure he got the merchandise in the mail ok. Once we receive the part back we will issue a full refund.
