      My son, *********************************** S70202, is a prisoner at *************. In February 2023, he ordered music from Securus. As of this date, he still has not received any music. He has contacted them and as of this date has not received any music. He has sent five request and has not heard from them. What can we do???

      This company has been calling me nonstop and now texting me. I have asked numerous times to be removed from their call list. I have blocked numbers and they still call from different numbers. I dont know how they received my number.

      Buying your first home should be one of the most memorable experiences; however, ours was one of the WORST experiences I have ever experienced. The lender, ****** Ruklaha, who works with American Pacific Mortgage Company has been the worst customer service experience of my life and is completely inept.To begin with her communication skills are atrocious. She would ignore phone calls and respond via text message or email usually after a few days of us calling and repeatedly messaging her. Certain days she would message us around 2:00pm with a task and if we called to ask for questions, she would claim that she was not near her computer. Having a phone conversation was like pulling teeth and she was very abrasive via text.Secondly, she never explained anything to us, we were googling or reaching out to friends, our realtor, and everyone else to get answers. She herself on several occasions told us to look things up on google.She gave us a pre-approval for a set amount in which we paid the home appraisal fees and additional fees with it all our efforts being futile. She additionally requested tedious tasks from us which we completed within an hour of her asking for them, and they were time consuming paperwork tasks. In return we just wanted open and honest communication; however, she failed to do so, and would go days without returning our emails. At one point she claims her phone could not receive phone calls, but she could text and still email from the phone. Specifically, it was 10:00 AM, and we called her and finally got a hold of her, and we expressed our frustration and our concerns, in return she told us She spent enough time on us and She is completely insensitive and inconsiderate of her clients time and money. Also, we found out that she gave us an incorrect debt-to-income ratio thus misguiding us to even start the initial loan process, causing us to make payments for an unnecessary appraisal.

      Horrible, HORRIBLE servicing. I have 3 mortgages with them, none of them can be adjusted online. Called the help number, and I get operators who can barely speak or understand me, let alone me understand them. They give excuses to why they cannot help - my computer is slow, we just made an update to our system, call back next week, etc etc but when you call back you get the same circus, same clowns. They asked me to send them a signed letter to adjust principle on my mortgage, I did so, never heard back. No changes made. s reminders sent, no communication in return, no changes made. What broke the straw, they sent me the reason they could not help me - my loan was getting moved to another servicing outfit. When I waited and never received the welcome letter from the new place, and kept getting statements telling me to pay them, I figured they have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

      Exceptionally unprofessional. APM changed the loan servicer before I had even made one payment and in the process failed to apply a payment to my account. My bank confirmed the check was sent to the correct address with the correct mortgage number annotated on it and was deposited. APM (the original servicer) says they have no record of the payment even after being provided with the check number, date of deposit and all my account information. *********** (the second servicer) says they also have no record of the payment - which makes sense since it was sent to APM. I could understand if the check was never deposited due to the change in loan servicing but to deposit the check, not apply it to the account and act as if the burden of proof is on me to figure out what happened for them is unacceptable. I have wasted 4 hours speaking to both loan servicers and my bank and will be asking my bank to initiate a fraud investigation.

      ****** L and his team were a disappointment to work with. Constant lack of communication, poor follow up, complete lack of urgency despite missed closing. They selected an appraiser who was not from the area that the house I was purchasing was in. It took this appraiser 5 weeks to even go and do the physical portion of the appraisal and ******/team were doing nothing to push this timeframe or ensure the appraiser met deadlines after that point. The appraisal came back with multiple mistakes that were not just subjective to an appraiser such as listing the property not having a driveway despite it having a 3 car driveway, listing the home as a cape cod when absolutely nothing about it meets any definition of a cape cod, stating the house is a rural home despite it being right in the middle of 4 different housing developments and in an area that the county lists as being classified as suburban. The appraisal also listed the home incorrectly in terms of condition even though it had just been completely renovated with all high end finishes and work quality. These mistakes led to an insanely low valuation and caused us to miss yet another closing deadline but ****** and team stated they would not be able to accept a different appraisal!!. Went with a different lender and had 2 local appraisers out within 3 days and both reports back in less than a week with valuations in line with what the home actually is. Do NOT use American Pacific Mortgage!
