  My house is falling apart since the time the house was rebuilt after we had a fire. Laminate floors are coming up from the floor and are chipping off especially around the doors, the french doors, French Doors inside glass is rusting and foggy, stucco is breaking apart, and blinds inside doors are inoperative, Wood around doors are splitting and chipping and falling off, mold in one of the bedrooms bathroom, hvac problems, cracks in ceiling, roof *************** in kitchen sink has problems, and etc.

  This project was successfully completed back in 2015-2016 and all final inspections were signed off by the building department. Unfortunately the standard 3-year warranty period has expired under our home improvement contract but we are glad to provide an estimate cost of repairs for damages that *** have been caused by homeowner negligence.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  Roof has a thirty year warranty and the French Doors are rusting from the inside of the glass. I've been in touch and have written down plenty of times within the 3 years of conversations and visits with ******** Mirvadi and still nothing was done. I also want to file a complaint with the County of Sacramento for checking this house and approving Vladimirs work. It looks good just looking at it but when doors have gaps everywhere, ceiling leaks, roof leaks, pipes aren't where they are supposed to be, no yard landscaping, fence was left broken after construction and things that are slipping my mind at the moment. I need someone to come and inspect this house before someone gets hurt or sick.

  We have photos of all the work that was completed and each trade was thoroughly inspected and signed off by the building ********** of Sacramento County. I have included the permit # CBRR2013-01415 for your reference. Please note that this project was successfully completed in 2014 and all/any claims should have been filed within the 1-year warranty period on any alleged poor workmanship. The materials installed for example the roofing has their own manufacturer warranty, so if they have a defect then the manufacturer needs to be contacted for inspection.
