Order number 1140 made in person on October 10, 2020. Couches were initially estimated to be shipped within 8-10 weeks. Since December I have contacted the owner every month and every time I am told it will be 4-5 weeks. Even though I have been respectful, he has hung up on me twice when I bring up my concerns with his lack of communication, professionalism, customer service and inability to provide us a realistic timeframe. On May 8, we were told that the couches would be in by the end of the month. On May 10, the owner contacted me for the first time to let me know that the couches were in transit and that they would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. In the same conversation he told me that the couches would arrive in 2-3 weeks. He always appears to be confused about my order, even given the order/receipt number, and usually confuses my order with another customer’s. The total price of the couches is $4,310 and we have paid half ($2,110).
