Scrubberr Eco-Clean offers residential & commercial services including deep cleaning, recurring, move-in/move-out, short-term rentals, and construction clean-up.

Services:
All Rooms: remove cobwebs, dust ceiling fans & A/C vents, dust wall art, clean mirrors, clean doors & door frames with wet pie, baseboards, dust furniture & cluttered surfaces, vacuum floors, dust knick-knacks & lamps, mop hard surface floors.
Bathrooms: Clean & sanitize toilet and toilet area, remove soap scum & mildew in shower/tub, sanitize counter tops, sanitize sinks & polish fixtures, vacuum bath mats, remove trash and reline trash can.
Kitchen: Wipe counter tops, dust counter top items & small appliances, clean cabinet fronts, clean microwave, clean/polish appliance exteriors, sanitize sink & polish fixtures, remove trash & reline trash can
Bedrooms: Change linen (if linen is left out), make beds, headboard detailing
Move-in/Move-out: inside microwave, glass surfaces, stovetop, outside of appliances, empty trash, backsplash, exterior of trash can, sweep floors, outside of stove hood, mop floors, counter tops, sink, mirrors, shelves, shower, tub, polish faucets, mirrors, toilets, sinks, vacuum floors & rugs
Short-term Rentals: All of the above and - strip used linen, bed sheets, towels, bathmats, and tea towels, replace; empty dishwasher, check fridge, re-stock consumables such as tea, coffee, paper towels, trashcan liners, dish soap, sponges, facial tissue, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; checking appliances, lights, faucets, fans, air conditioners/heaters in operating condition; plump cushions, straighten rugs, arrange decor; leave out guest information booklets; redraw blinds & curtains, check keys are returned & ready, check for guest belongings.
Construction Cleanup: Check & clean all rooms, clean appliances, floors, blinds, etc.; clean & inspect entrance doors, dust exterior lights, ensure working condition of lights, wipe windows, clean doors, door frames, & doorknobs, remove trash from premises, sweep/powerwash walkways, sweep porches, decks, & patios, remove paint from hinges, remove paint drops on floors & scuff marks on walls, remove sawdust, debris, & cement
