Hello Gerailton - We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim. As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. This claim was denied because the vehicle is over 5 years old which may have been the leading cause as to why this incident occurred and there is visible pre-existing damage on the vehicle prior to entry. Over time, through normal wear and tear, parts become less secure and are more easily removed. Nothing malfunctioned during your wash to cause this incident so unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for this incident since it does fall in line with incidents that can occur with the age of the vehicle and is advised by our signage before you enter the wash. We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and wish you the best.Review fromBenjamin G

1 starAccidentally cancelled my Quick Quack Car Wash service - went to reinstate it with customer service (the app stated that you are able to email their customer support team and get your account reactivated), and was told that once you cancel, you're done. Multiple places on their phone app state that you can reactivate by emailing customer service. This is FALSE. I have never had a good experience with their online customer support team - always making excuses. I do like their carwash in general, but their customer service is atrocious! Good luck to anyone who has to contact their support team.Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello ******** - thank you for your feedback. Were sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be when expectations arent met. While our system doesnt allow us to reactivate a cancelled membership, our team is always happy to assist with setting up a new one. In your case, we recommended waiting until the end of your current billing cycle to help you avoid losing any remaining days of service. We appreciate your kind words about the wash itself, and well continue working to improve the support experience for all of our members.Review fromNannette R

1 starJuly 4, 2025 I went through the car wash and the machine scratched the passenger side. Normal process for me is to drive through then go home (under 1.5 miles), finish drying off the vehicle. This is when I noticed the scratch that runs from tire to tire and it can be felt with my fingernail (deep scratch). I went back that day and they had closed for the holiday. Bright and early the next day went back and made an incident report. Four different occasions we went back to talk to manager and each time the manager was a no show. Called twice and we were told to wait, 48 hours to 3 to 5 business days. We heard the manager/owner tell the worker (speaker on cell phone) that it is probably not the car washes fault; he had not even seen the vehicle and had made the assumption. They have not contacted us and we keep getting the run around. ***, ***, very sad. Location: ******* ******* on ********** and ******************.Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello ******** - We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced following your visit on July 4th. At Quick Quack, we strive to provide a positive experience for every customer and take all damage claims seriously.
Upon reviewing the incident, our Store Leader received photos of the claimed damage from our on-site team member during a phone conversationwhile the customer was present. These images were carefully evaluated, and based on the nature and direction of the scratch, we determined that the damage did not align with the motion or mechanics of our wash equipment.
Our system uses a brushless design with soft-cloth and neoprene foam wraps (similar to scuba suit material) engineered to be safe on a vehicles surface. In the rare event of damage, the marks typically appear as short, repeating linear patterns consistent with the motion of our equipment. The damage observed and documented did not match that pattern, and for that reason, the claim was respectfully denied. Our team also walked the customer through the wash to explain how the equipment operates and why it could not have caused this specific type of damage.
We do regret the communication delays and understand the added frustration caused by the speakerphone interaction and follow-up timing; however, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.Review fromWilber L

1 starI signed up for a Quick Quack Car Wash membership on May 21, 2025, with a promotional discount. I canceled my membership on June 20, 2025, via the Quick Quack app before any successful renewal payment. Despite this, I was charged $37.99 on June 24.Quick Quacks response was that the payment had previously failed and was retried. However, their policy clearly states that failed payments are retried for up to 21 days until the membership is canceled. I canceled before the charge was successful, and I have not used the service since cancellation. The charge should not have gone ********** only 17 years old, and this charge has put me in a difficult financial position. Ive provided screenshots showing my cancellation date and purchase history. I respectfully request a refund for the $37.99 charge that occurred after cancellation and without use of service.Quick Quack Car Wash

1 starIf I could give 0 I would. Their communication is every bad with ********. I did trial for a month but only went there couple times because I didn't like how narrow the entrance to the car wash tunnel and how is their location too close to the freeway that makes the ******** difficult to turn into their location. I canceled on 6/5/25, the ******** service didn't mention anything about that day was a start billing cycle, didn't mention that I will still get bill for that month, didn't mention about 10 days cancelation policy at all. When I got my credit card statement and I saw that they charged my card $59.99 for June, I called today 7/3/25 and the other ******** service suddenly mentioned everything above about their policy. While back when I canceled, the first ******** service, who is also their supervisor, didn't mention anything about it and I even repeated few time to make sure that there will be no charge to my card and she said yes. And I found out today from the other ******** service that she sent me email about the charge on the same day I spoke to her. Wow basically, they fooled the ********s. They speak nicely and make assurance but behind your back that take the money. I never used the car wash the whole month of June because in my mind it's canceled. Now I saw I have only 2 days left to use the ducks. NEVER ever go to this sham carwash. Bad... Very bad ******** service!! Unless you have lot of money to throw away.Quick Quack Car Wash

We did review the recording of the call you made to customer care on June 5th to cancel your account. While our agent did not mention the 10-day advance cancellation policy during the call, this information is included in the Terms and Conditions agreed to at sign-up, as well as in the welcome email sent at the time your membership was created.Your membership was canceled on your renewal date, and the agent did indeed verbally inform you during the call—and in a follow-up confirmation email—that you would continue to have access through July 5th. You did not ask any questions about that during the call and thanked the agent for their help. We apologize if you feel this was not made more clear.
Our goal is always to provide clear communication and transparency, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our membership billing and cancellation policies work.Review fromGilbert R

Hello Gilbert - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim.
After a thorough review of the incident, including video footage of your visit, we found that the safety instructions provided at the entrance to the wash were not followed. These instructions are designed to prevent exactly these types of incidents and include placing the vehicle in neutral, removing hands from the steering wheel, and keeping feet off the brake.
In this case, the footage shows that the customer in front had their hands on the wheel and ran into the tire shine machine causing this incident. Like a normal traffic accident the driver whose actions caused the incident would be responsible for all damages.
Additionally, the condition of your license plate prior to entering the wash appears unchanged in the footage we reviewed. It's important to note that license plates are not considered factory-installed components, and as such, are not covered under our damage policy. This policy is clearly posted at each of our locations and states that we are only responsible for factory-installed, undamaged, and securely mounted components on vehicles less than five years old.
We apologize for any frustration; however, there was no malfunction of the wash to cause or contribute to this incident and it was caused by driver error. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.Review fromMatt S

1 starI bought a new truck in January 2025 and intended to switch from the sold vehicle to the new vehicle. The attendant added a vehicle which then doubled my monthly charge. I did not notice this difference until today (6/11/2025) so I was overcharged for 5 months. When I called their customer service I got a rude "supervisor on call" that only offered to remove the sold vehicle from the account and credit $22.00 toward the next billing. He would not offer a refund to the card on file for some reason. I want to cancel my membership (7 years long membership) but if I cancel now I will not even receive the $22.00. Terrible customer service and he was rude on the phone when I asked for his boss. He would not provide anyone else's information to discuss further.Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello **** - we apologize that you have had this issue with your account and for any misunderstanding or mistake that occurred at the location when you attempted to swap license plates. A customer care supervisor has already been in contact with you and has applied a credit to your account for the incorrect billing for the full 5 months. We apologize for any frustration this situation has casued you and hope to better serve you in the future.Review fromJessica A

1 starI am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an issue I encountered at the Quick Quack car wash in *******, *****, on May 17, 2025.I had recently purchased a 2018 ****** Camry XLE in excellent condition and low mileage. I had a car wash membership at a nearby location for the first month of ownership. Unfortunately, they dont have multiple locations and I went to Quick Quack as it was nearby and they have multiple locations. However, I encountered a significant issue at the Quick Quack location on May 17.While using the car wash, my passenger mirror became detached before I could complete the wash cycle. The employee who was present at the time recorded an incident report.Upon contacting the manager via phone, I inquired about the possibility of resolving the issue myself and receiving reimbursement. The manager informed me that I should wait until Tuesday, May 20, when the manager would review the video evidence. On Tuesday, I visited the car wash and discovered that the manager was working the line due to an absence of the employee who had recorded the incident. The manager requested that I wait until Wednesday, May 21, to review the video and provide a response.During my visit, the manager **** my attention to a sign on the wall regarding the five-year stipulations for car wash memberships. I requested that the manager cancel my membership and refund my payment, as I was not satisfied with the resolution provided.Despite my repeated requests, the manager continued to insist that I wait until the next day, May 22, to finalize the matter. On May 22, I contacted customer service and submitted a complaint to the manager. However, I have not received any response from customer service or the regional manager as of Saturday, May 24.I am writing to demand a resolution to this issue and to request that the regional manager take appropriate action. I am prepared to present my complaint in person at the car wash if necessaryQuick Quack Car Wash

But the day I went to look for their lovely manager they were closed half of the morning due to car wash malfunction !!! AVOID THIS CAR WASH THEY ARE INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS, THEY DON'T WANT TO BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANYTHING! am sure am not the only individual that has had issues with them, they have denied claims on other individuals.Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello Jazmine,
Were sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we understand your disappointment with the outcome of your claim.
We want to clarify that there was no delay on our part in communicating with you regarding this matter. Our records show that there were three slightly different email addresses associated with your name. Our team attempted to reach you through all of them but did not receive a response. All other parties involved in this incident successfully received our communications without issue. While we regret any breakdown in communication that may have occurred, we want to emphasize that our team made every reasonable effort to contact you.
We have also submitted all necessary details and documentation to your insurance provider to support the claim.
After a thorough review, the claim was unfortunately denied. Footage from the wash confirms that there was no equipment malfunction or failure during your visit. The video clearly shows your vehicle disengaging from the track, an occurrence that can only happen if the steering wheel is touched or otherwise controlled during the wash. There is no evidence that anything inside the wash caused your vehicle to come off track.
As part of our standard safety protocol, every customer is instructed to:
Place the vehicle in neutral,
Remove hands from the steering wheel, and
Remove foot from the brake.
These steps ensure the vehicle is safely guided through the wash. At the end of the tunnel, customers are directed to shift back into drive when prompted by clear signage. In this case, it appears these safety instructions were not followed, resulting in the incident.
We must reiterate that the wash was fully operational and functioning properly at the time of your visit. The damage was unfortunately caused by driver error. As with any traffic-related incident, responsibility lies with the party whose actions led to the event.
While we sympathize with your situation, we cannot assume responsibility for damages not caused by our equipment. We appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best moving forward.
