I went to Caliber collision in Sept 2023 to have my car fixed after it was stolen a 2015 Kia ******* It took them 7 weeks to repair it. They did a crappy job, I took it back in after a nother driver hit my car to have it repaired and fix the mistakes from the first time.. I took it to the shop on Wed January 31 2024. I still Have not giotten an estimate. I called and talked to a man on Feb 7 2024, who was extreemely RUDE, I recognized his voice he is the tall man who is bald and has tats on his head. He said If i kept bugging they would not fix the car. He refused to give me his name. The manager of the shop did the estimate. ******* was orginally the car person I dealt with after *** mysteriously disappeared, They took my bumber stickers off the car for NO REASON and lied and said they had to replace the bumber. Plus after I paid them part of the repairs 500. My dbit card was compromised and it was only place i used it.. I would like them to pay for the rental car when getting repaired and would like to go to ********** shop or Roseville one. The folks at the shop atThe shop on 5851 Auburn Bld The north East shop zio ***** is no better. I took it there too. They were rude and never got my estimate from the first shop, They NEVER returned calls. when I called and talked tot he receptionist between 730 and 830 March 4 2024 she was very rude and said she did not care if i reported them to BBB . I want to take to another shop to be repaired correctlyeither in ********** or Roseville and them to pay for the rental while being repaired.
