    Transaction date: 04Feb2025. Contacted this company via internet website. Talked to a ******* ***** *************. He asked for pictures of the auto damage so that the right part can be shipped. He then state after getting the pictures because of 10(ten) orders before mine, it maybe 10days before I see a delivery, I would get an email when it is on its way. he sent and invoice to ****** to be paid of which it was done with a Ccard. 2(two) weeks go by no status, I called again, talked to him again and was told (25)orders were outstanding, asked for an approximate delivery date, he provided none. Today is 05March2025, no answer to the phone, website contact us address don't work. I made a complaint to ****** for investigation. Premium Auto Parts is a SCAM site for auto parts.     Ordered car parts and never received them. They kept telling me a different story of where the parts are and now they say I never paid for them but on my credit card shows that I did paid for them. Called them with the phone number that was on the website and ordered the parts is no longer available. So I believe that they are now a fraud company.

    I placed an order on the phone with a representative named **** onWednesday, February 5, 2025 for two OEM headlights for a **** F-150. He texted me a visual confirmation of what I was looking for and said they had the item in stock and I would receive no later than Monday, February 10, 2025. I never received a receipt nor any tracking information. I called twice on Monday to locate the tracking information (I was charged $300 on February 5 to my ***** and was told each time someone would call me back from the shipping department. The second time I called, I explained that I had been told that already several hours ago and that I could hold while they located the information or I could call that number directly. I was told the shipping department did not have a phone number that I could call. I told him I would call all day until I received an update on my purchase. After ten minutes (the promised call back time) I called the main number again *************) and received a message on my phone that my number had been blocked. I tried calling the number that texted the visual confirmation and received the same message. I had my husband call from his phone and when we spoke with the representative he said to my husband the shipping department would call back in ten minutes. When we replied we would hold he got belligerent and told us to cancel the order with our credit card.

    On November 12th 2024 I went online searching for a running board for a 2014 Ram Dodge pickup truck. I came up on the business called premium Auto parts which they showed me a photo of the running board that fit my truck. The price for the part was $185. I spoke with a sale person by the name of **** and his number was ************. After making the purchase he's indicated that the part will be delivered within 5-7 days. I called back to confirm to make sure the number was still the same. He picked the phone back up and talked to me and say it again. The part will be there at 5:00 to 7 business days. The address that was given to me of the invoice was $17.09 coffin ****************************** zip code 82 -801. Now the other address was given was ************************************************* and the email address was given premium Auto parts USA at proton. As of this day I have not received the part. I didn't call the number back. It's no longer in the service and when I call on another phone they will pick up and when I inquire about the part they will hang up the phone

    The Transmission on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee had issues, so I went online an encountered Premium Auto Parts Store.com, I read the reviews and trusted this business, so I ordered used transmission an they sent wrong one an it was for an All-wheel drive, so i called them an they sent out transmission for a 2015 jeep, in the meanwhile the mechanic is replacing the different parts and ends up charging me $4000, I took the jeep to dealership and they say its for 2015 jeep not for 2014, so i finally buy another transmission for my jeep costing me $1400, My car is working now after all the money spent an my wife losing her job, Premium Auto Parts. com has not pick up the wrong transmissions and has not refunded the money owed

    On 9/21/23 I purchase a 2.4L engine for a 2017 Buick Verango Engine with ***** miles on it. There is a warranty still on it. The engine stop working for a lack of oil. They was no oil leak. My mechanic said it has to do with a problem with the internal working of the engine. I call Premium to let them know about the problem. The person I talked to **** told me to sent him a diagnosis by my mechanic. Got a email from them letting me know that they haved received it. Suppose to get back with me after going over it with their diagnostic team.That has been over a month ago. When i call to findout are they going to honor their warranty i get told they will call me back. I was even told dont call them anymore cause they are still working on it, When they figure it out someone will call me. So that what im dealing with.Keep getting the run around. Just want a remedy to the problem. The warranty is for 1yr.
