First got solar from Sunpower by Hooked on Solar, then we got the Tesla back up batteries. Was a great experience from day one. Every employee that came to our home was very knowledgeable and did a exceptional job. ********************* was our solar representative and was so helpful. I emailed or called her numerous times when I wasn't quite sure what to expect and she was always thorough and clear and was a great support person. Would highly recommend ********* by Solar and their team. Thanks to all who made the job so easy.

Hello ***************************** Team!!! I just wanted to write you this note to let you know what a terrific team you have. Especially *** and ******** Both of them are very professional, exceedingly talented, respond instantly to comms from me, patiently answered all of my questions and delivered on their promises. My first installation had some issues. I complained and you sent a 2nd crew to reinstall everything. You made it right. The do-over was terrific. Props to **** and *** for a very nice, clean, installation. Thank you for that. Since then, the process to get permitted, all approved from PG&E plus the county of Lake, all smooth. Everything works great and I just got my SGIP rebate check for $13,200.00 as promised and within the expected time window. Another smooth process thanks to your SGIP team and NEM team. Again, I could not be happier. Thank you so much. I will use Hooked on Solar when I upgrade my system ahead of an EV purchase. AAbghari,Hooked on Solar by Sunpower recently installed our Solar power system. My first consultation with ********************* was on February first, 2/1/22. The Solar installation was completed on March 3rd, was inspected by the ****************** on March 9th, and approved by PG&E on March 12th. Hooked on solar staff provided us excellent customer service and especially ****** was always very professional, responsive, and helpful. She was always available for my questions and followed up with me even after the installation. My system was installed and operational in less than 6 weeks. I highly recommend hooked on solar for installation of solar power projects.I am very pleased with my experience with Hooked on Solar and it was a pleasure working with ******. We bought solar panels and a backup battery from SunPower, Hooked by Solar in July. We love the panels and the electricity they provide us. But the battery is another thing. We've never been able to use it. It's broken. They keep telling us that they're waiting for a part to repair it but its been over 6 months!! We've never been able to use it and this past week we had a wind event that shut down the power to our area in the night. No power. I paid all that money for nothing. I'm really upset.Review from Donna F

***** ***** is an excellent person to work with. He is prompt in responding and the Hooked on Solar staff has been awesome. My only complaint is that the installation crew person left cigarette butts on the ground outside. It seems like they have a good time working together though.Review from Jacob M

****** was awesome in every way possible. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. In addition she was very professional and kind through the whole process. She was more concerned to answer my questions and assist than making a sale. The reality was I had done a lot of research about solar and different options and pricing. Right before I was about to move forward with a different company l was recommended by a colleague to work with ******. She impressed me and provided an even better experience and better product than the competition. The cost was higher than her competitor but for the quality of the product and the level of service ****** provided I am very satisfied with my decision to move forward with ****** and Hooked On Solar.
