They are having techs spray pesticides without being certified. I also talked with one of the techs and he explained to me that their boss tells them if they dont do it they will be out of work. This is wrong in so many ways! They are a shame to our community.Review from Sue S

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with any company. Always an answering machine and days before a response to my problems. Always different technicians that never solves my problems or answer any questions and needs. I've complained on Yelp and they offer free service or refund to take the 1 Star review off. This is why they have so many 5 stars on Yelp.Review from Nancy W

They dont do what they say they will. Had them out twice for roaches and my problem only got worse. I had to go with a real pest company to get a handle on the bugs. I called for a full refund and was told I would only get $250 of the $400 I paid because $150 was a signing credit. I told the person I wanted the entire $400 because their service actually cost me lots of extra time because the bugs had gotten so much worse under their service. He said he would only do $250. To date I have received no refund of any sort.Review from Christine V

THIS COMPANY IS TRASH- THEY LIE AND PLAY WITH THE CUSTOMER'S MONEY! FIND A DIFFERENT ROUTE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! wasted an entire day waiting for a technician who never showed up.
