    Consumer reports BBB has received about Flux Geare appear to contain similar allegations. Consumers have generally alleged the company does not deliver orders or provide refunds when requested.

    We wrote to Flux Geare on June 20th and June 27th, 2023 requesting an explanation for the allegations and any steps they planned to take to remedy the issues. As of today's date the company has not responded.

      Hello I made a purchase on aug 22 2023 for ***** from flux geares website and everything seemed good until I got the tracking information. It shows it was delivered on sep 5 but to ******* when I live in *****. I emailed them and they kept telling me to call **** to figure out why its in *******. So I did, and **** told me that the tracking number they gave me does not match any of my info and that they would be glad to talk on the phone with someone at flux geare to let them know they messed up the shipment. So I emailed flux geare to let them know what **** sent me and I guess they are ignoring me now. They wont respond to me at all. Even told them if they cant fix the issue then Id simply would like a refund but still no response from them.

      On Tuesday August 15 I ordered the Hoodbeam 2.0 Multicolor Hood light from Flux Geare for $35.09 and the shipping label has been created since August 16. I understand it hasnt been too long since *** ordered but after doing further research on the company Ive noticed that pretty much everyone who has ordered the same part has never received it and or received the wrong part. I honestly just want a refund from this place. Please help in any way you can

      I ordered a product from this company. It said that it can take up to one day to process the order and up to 8 days for it to arrive but they havent even shipped it. I emailed, called, and messaged them and have not had an answer. Im not 100% sure but it seems like they are scamming people. There are multiple people complaining about the same problem on their Instagram.

      Business has offered items for sale and does not fulfill orders. Once money is received a fake shipping label is created but items never get sent out or delivered. Business has a false contact number that when contacted claims to have any association with the business.

      I ordered the Dynamic Start up kit and paid $31.49 for it on March 2,2023 and they have not responded to my calls, texts,or emails on when the product can be delivered or money refunded.

      I ordered product from this company roughly 30 days ago. I spent $50. 25 days after receiving the product it has stopped working completely, i immediately contacted them via email as well as phone, I have sent multiple unanswered messages and they have since blocked my number. I received a couple generic email responses saying their policy is no refunds or replacement but their website specifically says 30 days on returns. There are several bad reviews on their ******** account as well. I have also tried calling from several different numbers with no response

      I am rejecting this response because: I have been trying to track this package and confirm the shipping of these items with no success. Based on the lack of communication from this company I will not accept their response until I have the replacement part
