Contract signed 1/28/21 with addendum on 3/5/21 and completion on 3/8/21 for the installation of 55x15 ft of artificial turf with sub base and 65 ft of drainage with inlets.Around fall of 2021 I noticed 4x1 ft of caved in area where sub base has failed and turf indents. I contacted The Paver Company (2/7/22) and original project manager (*****) came to inspect (5/13/22). His resolution was to either fix it with cost (despite warranty) or fix it for free but not warranty that repair (despite contract having warranty on installation).***** and The Paver Company continue to skirt his company responsibility and refuses to fix the product according to the contract.

Desired outcome: The Paver Company to fix subpar installation and honor contractual warranty (repair at no cost that is subject to warranty).

January of this year I paid for a deck around a swimming pool and a step down fire pit.I was told the pavers that are eroding would be replaced. I have contacted the the company 20 plus times however they have neglected to fix the issue as they said they would. (I have all the texts and messages along with contract) There is missing sand from several of the joints they stated they would be back to add sand however, never did. Big issue is water seeping through the pavers in the fire pit. I was told they would fix the issue however they have not. All the pavers in the fire pit are eroding due to improper installation. Also the sand in the joints has come out shortly after pavers installed. I was promised it it be resolved. I spent $80,000 with The Paver ** and they are not standing behind their work. I have all texts and telephone conversations available for review. The Paver **. lied and scammed homeowner! When I finally spoke to the owner, he tried to bully me with his temper.

      Here are the facts:

Service issue: We have been bending over backwards to make ****************** and his wife happy. But he is asking for us to fix someone elses work.

Pavers are not eroding. Determined by us and the manufacturer

True: he has contacted us over 20 times, we have the text as well.

False: there is no issue to fix

      Sand: was re applied.

Water seeping through the pavers in fire pit: ****************** hired an unlicensed contractor to install the drainage. Upon multiple inspection in testing the drain system failed. We have text from ***************** confirming he hired someone to do the drainage.

We have ******************** signature on our contract stating we tap into existing drain lines. Plus a text from ****************** stating drain lines are in but was asking about the caps.

      False: pavers are not eroding.

Resolution: have the installer of the drainage to fix their mess

Correct ***************** did spend over 80k for a Driveway, retaining wall, walkways, pool deck, backyard patio, more walls, steps. And an amazing product and installation.

False: we didnt lie. We promised and delivered an astonishing job. We go above and beyond industry standards and installation, product, and service.

False: even though things got heated on both sides. The Paver company stands behind the job. The issue isnt with us. But as we all know you cant slander or go after an unlicensed company so we are getting the blunt of someone elses work.

Settlement: the job is 100% complete. We are curious what ****************** is asking for.

Job is finished: After installation is complete every inch of the installation is inspected, thus initiating a Certificate of Completion- this initiates final payment, in which ****************** kindly paid.

This text from ****************** to our Project Manager: Hi ***

This is from ground water on side of the house by pool equipment

There has to be something we can do

      French drains

      Concrete under pavers

Im not asking for you to cover expenses just cant have water always seeping up

Clearly shows ****************** asking for help on something we didnt do, or why would he state he doesnt expect us to cover expenses.

We were more than willing to help until the complaints against our license happened.

The Paver Company is all about making your hardscapes dreams come true and we strive to make all our clients happy. We stand behind our flatwork for 25years, but in this case we are not responsible for anothers work.
