We signed up for solar with Chance at Sky Country Solar on October 13, 2022. Chance told us to contact him if we had any questions. Within 2 weeks it was installed and ready for inspection the next week and the installer said they would be out in a couple days to do inspection. Nobody called or came to do the inspection. We called Chance and he said within a week they would contact us. Nobody contacted us we waited. I called Chance November 2nd he said we were on schedule for inspection next week again nobody contacted us. I text with Chance on November 25th Chance said he was trying to get ahold of installation manager and would send us a text as soon as he did, called on December 1st and chance said he spoke with their inspector and they would be here next week, nobody contacted us. I texted Chance on December 9th letting him know nobody contacted us. December 12th Chance had not replied I sent another text telling Chance nobody had contacted us and we were getting concerned and I called the office and the person in the office was surprised nothing had happened since install I then called December 14th and chance said he spoke with them, and we are on the schedule and again nobody contacted us. On the 16th the installation manager told him that he is going to schedule an inspection next week as soon as he confirms AHJ but they do have breaker and meter key to do the derate. I texted him asking what AHJ and derate.We waited and nobody contacted us my husband called the office and was told they were waiting on the meter key They called back and said we were scheduled for January 3rd. On January 3rd said that the city had cancelled the appointment. We got a call that it was.rescheduled at that time the inspector from Sky solar arrived changed two breakers that were 125 and replaced with two old breakers at 100 said it was safer to run solar and wouldn’t affect anything. Later that day our hot tub was no longer working I asked them to come back and replace the breakers they changed they said it shouldn’t affect that, but he would talk to his boss. I called Sky Country Solar and told them about our hot tub, they said it was not their fault it passed inspection. We then waited for Southern California ****** to email us with system is connected I January 23rd I called and asked what day they sent info to ****** because they didn’t have it Leah said she would check I also asked for our contract for warranty information and panel information she said info is on contract with Mosaic. On January 24th, we received info from ****** that they received info they needed info for technical information to be completed I called the office January 30th to see if they had completed and again I called on February 6th asking if ****** info had been completed and asking for contract *** said they would send it that day. I emailed *** on the 8th asking for contract and forwarded a copy of ****** email about test that needed to be run and have received no response at this point our Solar is not complete and our Solar monitoring app is not set up they sent someone out 2 weeks ago but he had the wrong email so he couldn’t set it up that day said office had to change email in system. He emailed a link to us. We waited a couple days it didn’t work and said our email is not associated with any system. I tried again a few days later but still can’t connect to the monitoring system. Today February 9, 2023 our system is not operational we cant get a copy of We were also told we would receive a rebate check of $3500 and were to sign that over to loan company I called sky SOLAR in june asking who the rebate was coming from as we have not received it *** told me they had fulfilled their contract with us and we just have to wait on post office I asked who it was coming from and as of today August 25 2023 have not been told I want others to be aware of the unprofessional practices and lack of concern with Sky Solar their CSLB lic # *********
