I have had issues with a couple warrantee items one is the door is warped. then a inverter went out that was actualy replaced in Dec 22 but a couple other small things. The complaint is you have to wait 6 weeks for a appoint. to get in for service then after your in it took 3 moor weeks for a tech to look at it to tell me the door was on order and no items were actualy repaired. my coach has now been in the service center since Mar23 2022 in and out mostly in. yes I took it ou for a week because they told me I could use it for a trip I had planned and the door was on order anyway. When I picked it up after being in there for so long actualy none of the items had been fixed. It has now been in the shop for a total of 10 months and my issue is why can't they just fix the things and get it back to me? I spent 250,000.00 on the coach and only had it for just 3 weeks. nobody takes responsability. I just can not understand a industry that can keep you proporty for so long and not be liable for anything?

I bought a new toy hauler from Richardson rv in December of 2021. Had a few problems with it took it in several different times they fixed some of the problems others they didn’t fix, we took it cause we felt like the slide was leaking they couldn’t find the problem, now our trailer is leaking I took it several times starting February of 2022 still dealing with the issues that they fixed supposedly, well it’s not now it’s a year later the company has been taken over by camping world! I am trying to get my service paperwork from day one just to be told by them there are zero records of any repairs of my trailer so now what am I to do? I need these service records to try and claim the lemon law on this unit. I am very frustrated and don’t really know where to go from here!

July 20 2022, I purchase this new fifth wheel RV when this location was Richardson's RV and two days later I told them all the problems I had with the RV (more than 12), and their response was: we can't do anything you have to wait 45 days for repair, ok I wait for that and I drop off my RV on September 15, one week later a call ******** asking for the status and she told me I will call you back on the same day (she never call me), I call the following week again and no response, I call two weeks later and finally ***** from Camping World around October 12 or 13-2022 (they acquired Richardson's RV), he explain the situation and he promised an excellent future service but honestly is a irresponsible person, he told me: I will keep you updated with the RV that never happen, I call again on October 19, I left a message to ***** and I'm still waiting for his call, I call again on October 20, I spoke with ******** and I told her I needed to talk with the manager because I was upset already for all this time and she told me I will contact the manager and call me back, again I'm still waiting for her call. I called today at 4:00 pm, October 21-2022. No manager was available. If I don't get my RV back the following week repaired, I will have to use different ways to solve this. 95 days waiting for my repair.
