PLYMWR was referred to me through American Home Shield (***) warranty service. The first representative from PLYMR called me over the phone and after doing the facetime analysis of the issue told me that he will start ordering the new unit. He has mentioned that in two to three days they'll let me know where is the replacement unit and will schedule the appointment. A week later I contacted them again to inquire the status of my replacement. I was informed that they have to send someone in person to do the inspection again. I argued that if I didn't call, I would not find out what was going on. They (***** then ******) begun arguing with me that I am not the only customer they have. At this point I was without the hot water for almost 8 days and decided to move forward. After their "specialist" showed up, without any tools, did the same exact thing that was done over the facetime and told me that the office will contact me. When I called PLYMWR back, they told me that they had found the replacement unit close by to my house, at the ******** Plumbing Supplies, however, because their owner has bad relationship with ********, I, as a customer, will have to remove my water heater, take it to ********, have them replace it, and only then, PLYMWR will send someone over to install it. For that process, they were asking to get paid $650. When I had inquired about the reason for not removing the unit, they told me that it was not their responsibility. As to the process for the payment, they told me that I had to pay the $650 a day before the work begun. I refused to pay anything, especially, day before the work was conducted. As of today, (a month into the process) after asking American Home Shield (***) to replace the plumbing company, I still don't have my water heater replaced and we are still back and forth with ***. By the way, the water heater is covered by the manufacturer and neither the plumber, nor the *** were required to pay for it. Never hire PLYMWR.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAMMERS. I am a realtor and am fighting my connections at American Home Shield to remove them from vendor list as they are trying to steal $148 from me for a credit card purchase to replace two toilets that never took place. On Monday December 18th around 1pm with what should have been a simple AHS plumbing appointment. I had requested plumbing items be addressed through my AHS home policy. To look at two toilets, the toilet in my main bathroom apparently the trap seal is no longer in place and water comes up from my new laminate wood floors. one leaky faucet in the primary bathroom and the water heater to see why it takes forever for hot water to come from the garage into my home. My home is 43 years old and the toilets are at least 20 plus years old. On the Plymwr web site the cost to install and take old toilets is $150 per toilet. I was prepared to pay $300. I decided to put on a **** for $300 and he explained there was an additional 4% surcharge on the card making the total payment $348. We charged my card. Great right. Sadly I purchased two toilets that were too tall for the space. We agreed I would return them to ********** and purchased two that are now the right height and just call back to reschedule. The next three days I keep calling and they tell me we have to speak with the manager. Finally a woman calls and says they can come back but now they want an additional $148. I say that is not what I agreed to as your tech that charged me the $348 on my **** never mentioned any additional fees. Please credit my card the full $348. Since then they are trying to keep $148 for the techs' time, never fixing my toilets and making my faucet worse. CRAZY. Total scam This is pure fraud and not the experience I had paid for through AHS.

Had a ********************* K diagnosed the problem and fixed it professionally and promptly. Ill definitely call them for any plumbing problems.

Easy to schedule the appointment. Friendly and helpful. If you're lucky enough to get ***** sent out to your house. You'll be completely satisfied with the work he does. He helped me understand the plumbing in my house. No questions were left unanswered.5 star company!

The plumber that came to my house was very professional and informative, he helped me understand how the plumbing system works and the funny part is that his name is also **************** plumber and great Plumbing Company.Plymwr Plumbing has very professional techs,I Will definitely recommend them to everyone that has plumbing issues.

Called Plymwr plumbing for a leak under my house that I heard dripping in the middle of the night. One there techs came out and crawled under my home found the pipe and made a repair. All done under an hour. Thank you plymwr plumbing for being so professional and respectful.

My friend was extremely happy with ******************** service. She had a minor leak in her plumbing (under her house) ***************** was able to assess and fix within 2-3 hours.
