Its March 14, 2025 Plymwr Plumbing just left the house to come out for the second time and stop the leak in the master closet for the hot water pipes that come into the house. All he did was go in there and tighten it and he only turned the valve on the hot water heater a quarter of a turn he did not open it up all the way to see if the water was gonna start leaking again he waited 25 minutes for that. Was it only been turned a quarter of a turn. They will not give a refund of the money of $435 they charge for a second out of the pocket cost. An out-of-pocket cost of $910 total for the job that they did. Before ****, the technician left, he said that the whole house needs to be re-piped because kitec piping that goes through the whole house is gonna have to be replaced so I told him that we would get a second opinion because were not going to re-pipe the whole house at $10,000 thats what he quoted me the other day when he said all the piping was gonna have to be replaced throughout the whole house. Today he quoted me at a price of almost $8000 to re-pipe the whole house after I told him we would get a second opinion because were not re-piping the house. There is no reason that the Kitec pipes cannot be refitted to stop the leak in the master closet from leaking. He did only turn the pipe on the hot water heater a quarter of a turn not the full pressure so that to see if it would leak. **** did not turn the water all the way on for full pressure from the hot water heater to see if it would leak that way he only turned it a quarter of a turn. Which its not leaking right now because he tightened it, but it didnt start leaking till four days later after he installed The hardware. I put a call into **** plumbing in ************ and sent them all the pictures to see what it would cost for them to come out and fix the leak correctly. It started leaking again on 3/17/25. **** plumbing is coming out to fix what Plymwr Plumbing said couldnt be done I want a refund.

On January 20, 2025, Plymwr Plumbing was sent by American Home Shield (AHS) to repair the tankless water heater in my ADU. They said the heating element needed to be replaced but would not be covered by AHS. Reluctantly, I paid for the part and their labor fee. On January 23, Plymwr Plymbing charged my credit card for the replacement part and told me the part had been ordered. Many days went by and I had no information regarding the *** for the part. I called several times to check on the status and the guy who answers the phone kept telling me that they would contact the manufacturer to see what the *** was. Finally, on February 18, 2025, I received an invoice emailed to me directly from the manufacturer. The invoice showed Plymwr Plymbing ordered the part on February 17, 2025, but they told me they ordered it on January 23, 2025. On February 25, 2025, after the replacement part arrived, Plymber Plumbing sent two technicians to complete the repairs. The technicians installed the replacement part and showed me the heater was working and there was in fact got water coming out out of the kitchen faucet. Technicians left and a few hours later the water heater turned off. We turned it back on, but it is still not working properly. When taking a shower the water suddenly turns scorching hot and/or freezing cold. The temperature is not being regulated properly. Additionally, the water pressure is very week, which prior to the water heater being "repaired" we had awesome water pressure coming out of the shower and kitchen and and bathroom sink. I contacted Plymwr Plumbing and told them the problem was not fixed. They told me they wouldn't send anyone out and to contact *** to place and pay for another service request. I contavted AHS and was told Plymwr Plumbing did not inform them that they accepted direct payment from me and denied making any repairs. I have credit card records for the part and the canceled check cashed by Plymwr Plumbing.

on 3/4/25 my water heater stopped working so I called my home warranty company called ******************** to file a claim. on 3/4, they assigned me to what they called "great" company called Plymwr Plumbing LLC # *******. on 3/5 I called to follow up with this company assigned to me by no choice and receptionist just told me someone will call me back. since water started leaking on my patio and I have no hot water to shower or use, I asked if this can be done ASAP just as their website claims. A technician named ****** at noon on 3/5 told me heater is broken and must be placed. He promised it will be done that very same day. I asked how much it will cost, he said not everything will be covered. I asked him how come when all of my details warranty plan says it is fully covered (please see attached proof of evidence). He still said I don't think so and said the estimate will be emailed to me soon after, but if I don't accept the estimate, they won't come the same day. I felt stuck so when I first got the estimate is showed $835. By 4:30 p. a manager called and said they are not coming today but will do so on 3/6 & gave me $58.50 off. They lied on other charges covered by my warranty. They have the heater but they gave me some pending appt. on 3/8 instead. so they not only plan to overcharge me but manager ******* said that since is an emergency this will be handled ASPA. I was promised a call back by owner but nothing yet as of 4:10 p.m.. I read the **** reviews about this company and they have cheated and lied to endless customers. 2.5/5 star yelp ratings. All claim similar things as me. Overcharge, false promises, and apparently terrible service overall. I am sad that I am stuck with them still and demand refund, full or partial, and prefer another company but American Home Shield warranty that assigned me this company won't allow me to hire another plumber since they have the heater tank at their facility. This company should be hold accountable.

Now they are asking for me to pay more money to property fixed the issue they were called to my home from the beginning. I told them I will pay the remaining balance once they fixed that leak. now they put a lien on my property because of pending payment. Re-piping Includes new angle stops and supply lines, New shut off valves at the water heater and shut off at house. Plymwr Plumbing is contracted by ***************************** and was selected to cause of water heater not working. I received a call from the contractor on a Saturday, who stated there would be a video call within a few hours. I received the link for the video call for which the representative requested I show the water heater. He stated he could see the leak and that the water heater needed to be replaced. I called them for an update on Monday morning, was told the service request was submitted to my insurance company, and it was pending approval. I then called my insurance company and was told no service request was submitted. I waited a couple of hours, called First American Home Ins. and was told the service request was submitted and I would have an out of pocket expense of over $800.00. I asked for the details of the request, was told they needed to replace a line, valve and water heater. I asked how that was determined if the contractor had not been to my home to properly ***** the problem. I proceeded to issue a formal complaint and request another contractor be selected for my home repair. After about 30 minutes, my call was escalated and received a different contractor. I am not sure what type of business Plymwr Pluming is conducting, but from my brief experience, not a good one at all. Thanks to all who submitted their complaints, I was able to escape the scam and bad service.

So the home warranty plan this homeowner has, the warranty company provides us with a few different way to diagnose jobs. The two most common are in person or by video, via Streem. During this video we asked to see the water heater from different Angels To see all what was needed. The stuff she is talking about is code upgrades needed to install a new heater. In the state of California there is laws we have to follow. The person that does the video chats has 28 years experience in plumbing as well as is the owner of the company. This homeowner was give the option of same day service via video chat or next day service in person. She opted for the video to get her water heter replaced faster and now is upset for the option she chose. She should have paid attention to all that was talked about in the video. As all these charges were explained in the video.

This company was dispatched to my address to fix a bathtub leak through American Home shield. They went to my home 3 different times. They cut into my ceiling and said the leak was from the overflow valve and repaired it. After the first repair it was still leaking but not as badly. A second ********** came to my house and claimed to have resealed and retightened it, however it was leaking badly again. The third ********** came out and said that the valve was stripped and wanted me to pay for the repair because it was not normal wear and tear. No one else touched the part except for their **********s.

Plymwr Plumbing was hired to repair a toilet in my home. They stole very expensive parts from the toilet valued at $100 and replaced them with plastic parts that do not fit or function properly. I contacted the company immediately and have not been able to obtain any resolution. I asked that the original parts be returned and no further action would be needed. Plymwr Plumbing refused to return the stolen parts. I even spoke to the owner, ****** ******** who refused to cooperate. I want the original parts returned to me or I want to be compensated for the retail value of the stolen parts which is $100.

PLYMR was referred to me through American Home Shield warranty service. The first representative from PLYMR met me at my mountain cabin in March of 2023. He seemed helpful and professional, so we scheduled a water heater replacement.
About 3 weeks later, on March 20th, a PLYMR technician installed an upstairs water heater. Since this is my mountain cabin, I was not present at the time. The technician accessed the house using keys left in a lock box. I was able to see through my security camera there was one technician assigned to this job.
Several days later I arrived at the cabin and found significant damages had occurred during this installation. In fact, it looked like the technician dropped the water heater down the stairs. The upstairs bedroom door adjacent to the heater now has a large scratch and a hole. The stair well has several large scratches. The stairway banister has several scratches, a large gouge, and is broken away from the wall at the bottom of the stairs. There are also several dings in the floor at the bottom of the stairwell. I have pictures of these damaged areas, as well as before/after pictures of the banister and part of the stairwell. After all of this, and paying $660 plus an $85 service call, the new water heater still did not work.
I called PLYMR and was asked to send pictures of the damages. I was told another technician would be at the cabin on March 27th to finish the installation. Although the water heater is now working after the 2nd visit, the front deck stairway was damaged on this 2nd visit; the top stair is now broken off.
I have tried to contact PLYMR on several occasions. The receptionist claims she has relayed my messages to the owner and a text with the pictures. I have spoken with another gentleman at PLYMR who said they would get back to me, but weeks go by and no response.

Our home warranty company hired PLYMWR Plumbing for an issue we reported. We stopped getting hot water in our bathtub but had it for the rest of the house. Plymwr sent out a plumber who worked on it for an hour then left to go to Home Depot to get a part and said he would be right back. An hour later he texted and told us he would not be coming back as Home Depot does not sell that part and he’s sorry but we cannot turn the water on in our house as the bathtub faucet now spews water. He said he would be in contact in the morning for another place that might have the part. He has been totally unresponsive since as well as the company. It has been 3 days with absolutely no response from the plumber and company without anyone getting back to us. They called 3 days later after we hounded the home warranty company who we told we just want it restored to the condition it was before they arrived to which they said they are unable to since the plumber broke the part when pulling out of the cartridge. It will now cost us $1000 to fix what was a small issue and 3 days of lost work for me and husband.

Company charged me to fix leaky angle stops and replace with new ones. We had 5, they stated that only three were needed, the other two didn't connect to anything. Flowing to the sink and the water lines to the dishwasher, refrigerator and water filter were capped. Home Warranty and an appliance company have confirmed the issues are due to the plumbing being erroneously capped. The company has still come not come to fix the issue. My home warranty company confirmed the girl in the office said she didn't realize that "reopen" meant she had a work order to proceed but that she would now contact me to schedule an appointment. Repair has still not been scheduled to date.
