Called 09/07/2021 to let them know there multiple services they preformed over the past few months did not work and it had gotten worse. Wanted to them come back out however they told me i needed to wait a period of time (2 weeks from last service) when am getting more spiders then before they started. During the conversation i told them that i was unhappy and that i was going to call my old company to see if they would take me back and i would call back and cancel them. After i got off the phone i get a text from them cancelling my service and automatically charging a card i had paid with in the pass not asking permission.Business response

I talked with the customer and was able to hear all of the customers concerns. The customer already hired a different company and we couldn’t fix the issue that was at hand.
