    On 5/29/24 I was called by a number claiming their was a complaint filed against me. She gave me a number to call and I called i, it was US Civil ***** services. They explained there was a breach in a credit card with a balance of $2861.04. The call I was told was recorded so this would be easy to prove. ********************* was the representative on the other end of the phone call. He asked why I had yet to respond to a notice sent to my home, I explained that there was no money to pay the debit, I had last year applied for social security and I have not had a determination in this as of yet. ******************* again told me that the credit card company was not looking for any funds recovered. I asked him what would they be looking for if they were not looking to be paid back. He refused at least three times to address my question. I'm very confused. He only responded with the credit card company is going to pursue this aggressively and that I will have to appear in court because i frauded the credit card company. I asked more than one time for him to explain if they were not looking for funds what they would be looking for because I do not understand and I was hung up on. He told me in the conversation that I was declining and I never understood what was happening to decline anything that was going on , during the conversation.

    US CIVIL CLAIMS SERVICES CONTACTED MY FAMILY MEMBER REGARDING A CITIBANK ****. I HAD A CITIBANK **** OVER ***** AGO, THIS **** IS NOT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I AM AFRAID BC I AGREED FOR THEM TO RETRIEVE MY FILE TO PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION THEY WILL SUBMIT TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES. IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY THIS **** WAS SETTLED. I WAS PROVIDED CLAIM CV227217/PHONE NUMBER ********** I SPK WITH *****. HE STATED THE **** IS IN COLLECTIONS SINCE 2015, THAT'S INCORRECT BC IT'S NOT ON MY CREDIT REPORTS. PLEASE HELP

    Contacted today via voicemail about an outstanding debt. Called the number back and they stated I had a Chase Credit Card from 2008 that they were attempting to collect on. They informed me that a letter was sent to my residence. I asked them to email me that letter. They sent a Validation of Debt letter. They claim that the debt is mine. I pulled my 3 credit reports today, and I could not find this debt listed anywhere (not even in collections or charged off). I then called *****, they informed me that they had no record of this debt. The informed me that I only have one account with them and that account is in good standing. Stated that even if they had sold the debt, they would have a record.

    This company called my son about a debt they say I supposedly owe. My son called them with my permission to release information. They would not provide any information as to who the debt was owed to because they had a non-disclosure agreement and when I tried to explain that I never opened/used/or paid on a supposed debt she threatened that I would go to jail if I didnt pay. My daughter in law attempted to call them to help and they would still not give any information, would talk over all of us, and even threatened legal action against her for attempt to verify if they were a legitimate company. They would not give any names, addresses, or supervisors to talk to. Whenever we called we were only able to talk to the same sounding person. They hung up on us multiple times and threatened us. We still do not know how this supposed debt originated, no verification of validity, or even who to contact about the debt.

    those accusations are false, they are lairs they want to make complaints, we understand that no one wants to pay

    Today, I received a call from someone name ***** ****** of US Civil Claims. I believe that this company is impersonating the government in order to harass people and steal their information. I’ve received calls from this company several times this year and I have told them repeatedly not to call me as I do not have any business with them. I’ve blocked their numbers and informed them that I am on the Do Not Call list. Still they call and call and call. Today ***** ****** decided to get into a shouting match with me on the phone at 9 in the morning. She threatened to get ‘lawyers’ to come after me all because I told her to stop calling me. This is a deceitful form of menacing and I need help in getting this company to stop calling me.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 195****1, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    These jokers don’t even know my name but they think they have the right to harass me. May they rot in hell
