    i apologize, our insurance company has some serios restrictions on test drives. We ask if the car drives as good as it looks, are you here to buy it? If you respond no, then we have to decline a yest drive. The climate of the insurance world is tough for us right now, nothing personal. ALL THE BEST.

    I went in to see about purchasing a car. The owner wouldn't let me take it for a test drive until I returned with cash, and because I would never buy a car without a test drive I agreed to return. A few days later I returned and did the test drive. As I inspected the vehicle in the sunlight I noticed many paint defects and what appeared to be a repaired fender. There were also wires hanging from below the front bumper with electrical tape hanging off. I thanked the salesman and told him I would have to think about the asking price because of the condition of the vehicle. He asked if I could wait for the owner, I said sure. The owner came out asking me to go inside to start counting the cash, I told him because of the visual problems I would have to think about it, while I was holding the wires in my hand. He became belligerent calling me vulgar names and telling me to get the F off his lot. This was the most inappropriate example of a business owner I have ever experienced. He continued yelling and embarrassing himself as a business owner in front of his employees as I left his lot. I have never experienced such disregard for professionalism. Everyone should know what type of business this guy is running.
