Our company received this letter recently, it looks pretty legit but upon further investigation as everyone has already stated very clearly a scam. The information on this form is basic info that anyone can get if they run your license. The postage on the envelope wasn't even a U.S. postage stamp. I received the same letter today. Before writing a check, I decided to research this and am glad that this is a scam. Why this keeps happening? If it's a fraud, people how are running it needs to be stopped.Review from George I

Like many others, I also received this letter making it seem like our nonprofit owed $179 to file our annual minutes. Thankfully I noticed the note at the bottom stating that "this product or service has not been approved or endorsed by any governmental agency, and this offer is not being made by an agency of the government" These people should be ashamed of themselves, trying to target nonprofit organizations into getting scammed for almost $200. Fraud!!!!! Why is this manipulative, predatory business allowed to continue stealing from those who do not understand that requesting this IS CRAZY AND 100% UNNECESSARY. Shame on you!!
