This auction place sold me a car with a lien on the title. I called the manager of the office Corrina she told me to bring the car back in and she’ll give me full refund. I brought the car back in know it was it’s not running as it was when I left, but at the end of the day, she still sold me a car with a lien on it, which is fraudulent. Trying to find a lawyer to help me with these people because they don’t want to give me my money back but they want me to put more money back into it so that I can get my money back. How dumb is that and I’ve called the office every day since this incident has started and I’ve talked to them office manager one time she will not return my calls. They are not a good reputable business. No one in the office will help you, but they will give you attitude big attitude as if you’re the one doing something wrong I called to ask to talk to the owner, still have not heard from the office manager nor the owner and this is been going on since I paid for I bought the car May 13, 2023 we are going into September 2023 still have not received my title nor have I gotten any kind of feedback from this company and I’m just looking to find somebody to help me take care of thisReview from Robert H.

The (I.E. Auto Auction That Stole Christmas) - Beware of this Fraudulent Business! I'm just a regular guy that had managed to save $2600.00; was actively searching for a family type vehicle and was invited by an associate to attend a Tuesday evening Auto Auction @ 9413 Bellegrave Ave. in the city of Riverside, Ca. (I.E. Auto Auction). When a particular vehicle was shown, specifically; an Orange 2007 Dodge Caliber, I inquired on the electrical state, mechanical condition, and DMV registration status of this vehicle. I was informed that there were No known electrical issues, that the engine and transmission were in "very good" condition and was lastly informed that the registration was up to date thru the month of November. The bid for this vehicle began at 500.00. Based on the information specific to state and condition of this vehicle provided by the auctioneer himself (an individual named Jesus) I remained in the bid by repeating the lowest allotted bid of $50 per raise. It wasn't long until the bid reached an amount of 2300.00 and I knew that I had reached my personal limit based on available finances. It was at this time that The Auctioneer (Jesus) targeted me with the specific information that He would provide a Free 24 Warranty on the vehicle that was specific to any issues found related to Internal Engine and/or Internal Transmission and insured me I would receive a "full refund" should any issues be found before the expiration of Warranty. It was ONLY based on this added information that I continued in the bid at 2350.00 and was quickly approached by I.E. Auto Auction staff informing me that I had been awarded the bid and an amount equal to $400.00 was required immediately to secure the vehicle. I was then informed that I had 48 hours to pay the remaining balance of the vehicle plus an additional amount equal to $225.00 (2575.00 in total). I made arrangements to pay off and pick up the vehicle the following day when they opened at 12:00pm and did exactly that. At the time I paid the full balance of the vehicle, the Auctioneer (Jesus) informed me that the vehicle I had newly acquired had a value of approximately $5,000.00 to $7,000.00. He further informed me that my 24 Hour Warranty began immediately and would expire the following day at 1:30pm pst. We concluded our business that day, I drove off with the vehicle and immediately scheduled a full diagnostic report of the vehicle for 8am the following morning at a fully accredited Service Center located in the Riverside Auto Center area. The Diagnostic results for this vehicle were both concerning and shocking. The results documented an immediate need for the removal and replacement of both Camshafts, a replacement of lifters and valves, and most concerning was the documented need for a full transmission replacement w/transaxle assembly. The total cost for estimated repairs on this vehicle came to $6,385.21. Immediately upon leaving the Vehicle Service Center I made an attempt to contact (Jesus) at I.E. Auto Auction with no results. I subsequently left him a detailed message informing him that I wished to return the vehicle Immediately and without delay to exercise my 24 Hours Warranty and receive my "full refund". I made it to Jesus's place of business just before 11:30am but he didn't make himself available until 12:30pm pst. I provided Jesus with copies of full vehicle diagnostics and informed him that the vehicle was parked in its original location prior to my picking it up and ofcourse returned the vehicles key. He then informed me that he would email all documents to his "Corporate Office" and I should expect a refund within 48 business hours. In the days that followed, Jesus informed me that his office had not yet been in touch with him in regard to my refund but made it a point to inform me that his office would waive the $225.00 Auction Fee should I choose to purchase a different vehicle. When I made it clear that I no longer wished to purchase a vehicle from his auction - He now informed me that not only was the Auction Fee amount of $225.00 non-refundable - But his office would also be deducting an amount equal to 20% of the total bid of $2350.00 which equaled an additional amount of $470.00 that would NOT be included in my refund. He called this a Re-Stocking Fee. I asked how his office could in good conscience demand a Re-Stocking Fee for a vehicle so grossly defective. In the weeks that followed, Jesus refused to take any of my calls or return text messages in regard to my refund. On Tuesday November 30, 2021, I was able to finally reach one of the office employees who informed me that my refund was at their office. Upon arriving to pick up what was originally said to be a "full refund" - I was furious to learn that of the $2,575.00 I paid to (I.E. Auto Auction) "in cash" my refund was given to me by one of Jesus's staff members in the form of a check for an amount of $1,880.00. - Ultimately - I.E. Auto Auction lied, robbed and scammed from me an amount equal to $695.00 for no services or product whatsoever. This business greatly impacted the quality of our families holiday season and has no remorse for its actions. I strongly urge anyone that even has a thought to attend one of these auctions... DO NOT DO IT. This man (Jesus) is a heartless scam artist that will lie to you, take your money, and should you wish to exercise any form of warranty - He will consciously make every effort to avoid your calls and make himself unavailable.Review from Candice M
