      - 4/26/2023 - I paid shift management $**** after the fact that they told me it was only ****. they went ahead and still did the ****** even without a call to tell me it was going to be more. - I had paid them to rebuild my 700R ****** with s small shift kit - ****** broke two months later and I try getting a hold of them with no answer for two weeks then they called me back and wanted to bring it to them, I told them no they said they would send a tow truck, but they never did, I instead took it to someone local Lodi transmission.- spoke to someone in their office which I have text messages with, and they said they weren't going to pay for nothing but the **** but that at the moment they didn't have money in the account to pay me back and when they did i would get my money back. - At this moment it cost me $7000 plus tow's not including them breaking my custom center console that I haven't had repaired plus damages to my interior and how filthy they gave me my truck back.

      Brougnt my **** **** Explorer to them. They said it needed a catalitic convertter. I said ok and paid them to install one. It was strange as they cut off the wrong one one told us they boo booed. Antway they put that on and installed new converter. The vehichle also needed something else as, after i paid for work, it stillk wouldnt smog. So they sent me to there friends shop and i got dinged for 2 more catalitic converters. That shop passed my vehichile for a smog. But vehichle still had engine light on. So i went to smog it 2nd time and was told the catalitic converter is not the right one that they installed. The one they installed is ffor the rear at on vehichle. Keep in mind i havent been able to drive this vehichile. Any way it turns out after much work and confusion on my behalf that the ******* it wont smog is becaus they put the wrong cat on my vehichile. It is for the back cat but, the one they replaved in number 1 on front drivers side. So i took it back ti them and they agreed that they installled wrong part and they would take care of it. So i left my vehicle with them for 8 days and they finally took it to a muffler shop. The muffler shop charged me to put the right cat on it and *** said he as not responsble and would not pay for his mistake. I payed for it. While my vehicle was at their shop my battery **** swapped out and i now have a dead battery, so have to jump start my vehicle to start it. I hadd replaced my battery a few years back and it was fine. I dont believe that a shop that does work for smogs is allowed to put the wrong part on and not stand behind thier work, And they need to reimburse me for their mistake.

      I took my truck into this business to have my transmission fixed last year and I paid them $1900 in cash to fix my transmission it took them almost 6 months to get my car back from them and when I did get it back the windows had been rolled down left down there’s cat piss in my truck it was full of dirt I mean it was disgusting and I got the transmission fixed by them that’s it so they gave me an 18 month or 18,000 mile warranty on it well I got maybe 6000 miles before the transmission started messing up and I took it into that 3 days it’s been 2 months now and still not done they intentionally ignore my calls and I call once a day since the due date of the fix

       In regards to the complaint’s you had when  your vehicle was brought in  the first time, this is the first i have heard of it. Had you brought this to my attention then, the issue could have been addressed. However, cat piss and dirt in a customers vehicle , this would be the first.

      To date, yes, we have had your vehicle a while and for that I deeply apologize. I have been short handed , thus it’s taking me longer then I would like. But I  am doing the best I can to accommodate all my customers. And as per your request to correct the work you performed to the vehicle , this is also causing the work to take longer then anticipated . 

      To address the complaint about your phone calls being ignored, that simply is not true and I would be happy to provide phone recorders to prove other wise.
