I am giving Because a five-star review because they have very good pads and underwear. However, I am a plus-sized woman and I wish they had a size between the Large and the Extra Large. The Large is too small and the Extra Large is too large and urine leaks through onto my legs. Thank you. ***************************

This company has serious problems with the way they handle updating your account information regarding payment. Its abysmal (to put it politely). Your payment information cannot be updated in all aspects. You can change it in the wallet but it will not accept the change in checkout as it tries to use the old information even after you've deleted the previous card from the wallet. This is a persistent problem as my aunt has gone through this problem multiple times.Because Market Response

These Because disposable ******* fit perfectly and do not leak. My only complaint is that they come by *****. ***** does not bring packages to our house because they are too lazy to drive the half mile to it. They leave them unprotected beside the main road half a mile away where they could easily be stolen or damaged. We were notified three and a half hours after the drop off and the unprotected package was snowed on. Luckily it was still there when I arrived.Because Market Response

I bought some items that were on sale for a very good price, which would have cost at least ***** plus handling fees around $40.00. They charged me ****** for those items and they SAY they have no record showing those items were on sale. I ordered them off of their **** website. You just touch the item, and it's ordered .Thieves. I wonder what they will do if they ever get audited. BIG liars. I ordered 3 items and the items generated 3 different invoice numbers! I don't like companies that take advantage of the elderly. We are old, Not Stupid. That's called stealing. So if you are over 65, go to ******* and buy your items or get them from ****? or any other place that delivers , because this company is SCAMMERSBecause Market Response

Thank you for allowing us to address this- our records show that there was an order placed on 11/07 for what you identified as the items on sale. We sent them to you and later orders were processed through your online account on 11/20. On 11/20 you got in touch with us to let us know about the pricing issue with the sale items from 11/07 as well as the discrepancies from the orders on 11/20.
