I had a friend come over to visit Monday, just to talk. A representative from Real Property Management showed up while he was talking to a sheriff outside since I suggested he talk to a sheriff about his issue. The representative saw then talking and calls me Tuesday morning while im at work threatening me with eviction. They asked if my friend was an unauthorized male living at the residence. I told them no that he was just visiting. It was very unprofessional the way this was handled. And now I fear that they will evict me just for having visitors. Not to mention they are meddling in something that has nothing to do with them.

On 10/04/2022 a H313138383331353**232H manager was at the H313138383331353**232H (**** *****************) While she was there she noticed that a sheriff was speaking with a gentleman in unit #**. The H313138383331353**232H manager spoke with the sheriff, and he said that he was serving documents for a civil matter. After the H313138383331353**232H manager left she called ***** to discuss the incident and let her know that her lease was in jeopardy because she is in violation of her lease. My name is *************************. I am currently renting out a apartment through Real Property Management **** in *******, **. I have lived in my new current apartment under their management since March of 2022. I want to first off start out by saying its been nothing but constant issues living here. Neighbors are great, but ************************************ arent the best. I have had a fridge go out on ********* for months & after contacting them repeatedly months later I finally got a new one. My stove was turning on & off by itself due to a short with the ********** couldve potentially started a fire. I made a phone call stating that I would get a hold of the fire department because I didnt want to be held responsible if anything happened and all my management had to say to me was to turn off the breaker &/or unplug the stove myself I didnt get a new one for about a week. I have a two year old & I have explained to them numerous times that these are hazardous maintenance issues. Just tonight on 08/18/2022 I was trying to give my son a bath & the water was scolding hot & wouldnt turn cold at all. It couldve potentially hurt my son. If you understand where Im coming from its been nothing but issues since Ive moved in. I have always put in a maintenance request and do not get anything fixed until months later. I would like to receive all in any of the money that Ive paid rent here since the first day I moved in because everything has been broken and this management has managed poorly & do not care. I feel unheard & taken advantage of for my money. They did not take care or solve the issues in a mannerly time frame especially when it comes to my stove turning on & off. I have no idea how to go about this & need help. I am moving out at the end of September because I feel as if this place does not care about their ******************* needs to be done.
