I TOOK MY CAR BACK INTO GET THE ALIGNMENT REDONE ( HOPEFULLY DONE RIGHT THIS TIME ). BUT THEY WOULDNT COMPENSATE ME FOR MY BRAND NEW TIRES I JUST PURCHASED A MONTH BEFORE. ( $1075 FOR THOSE TIRES ). **** TRIED WORKING OUT A DEAL WITH ME TO DRIVE AROUND MY CAR FOR MONTHS TO SEE IF THE ALIGNMENT WAS THE PROBLEM. HAHA HOW IS IT NOT THE PROBLEM ON A BRAND NEW 22 CAMRY WITH 4 BRAND NEW TIRES AND THREAD SHOWING ON BOTH INNER TIRES.

Upon the vehicle's initial visit in April 18th 2023 we had noted on the customers invoice that there was already significant tire wear on the inside of the front tires prior to any work being performed at our facility, this was a direct result of the customer driving the vehicle out of alignment. Again, he got the tires in March and we did not even see the vehicle until April 18th. We do numerous alignments every day and have for many years. This is the first complaint of its kind. The customer was provided with before and after readings at his visit in April showing the before readings then after readings. The after readings show that the vehicle was in alignment when it left our facility. Then upon his return 6/13/23 there was new body damage to the vehicle and wheels that was documented. Before and after readings were taken at that time. It shows on the before readings that the vehicle as out of alignment. When the customer was asked about the vehicle damage he admitted someone else drives the vehicle sometimes and that they had hit their garage with it as well as hit curbs. We take walk around videos on every car that comes into our shop. We reviewed the video from April and compared to the cars current condition and it is evident that that damage to the right front fender and wheels is new since April. All that said it does not discount the fact that when the vehicle originally showed up in April we noted excessive inner front tire wear, and even though the vehicle left within alignment specifications the poor wear pattern had already begun and will continued to wear with driving and that worn rubber does not simply come back and still contacts the road. The customer then admitted to extorting ** into paying for all new tires or else he would retaliate on all social and review platforms. We cannot be held responsible for the prior condition of a vehicle or its tires, furthermore we cannot be held responsible for driving habits, objects struck while driving or poor infrastructure conditions. The customer should have had an alignment performed prior to or immediately after getting new tires, not over a month after the fact.

I am rejecting this response because: in no way that two brand new tires would be worn out so badly that thread is showing, without the alignment being so off. Either they messed up the alignment or didnt even touch the vehicle or make the necessary repairs. There after I got my vehicle aligned the first time. I was not told of any repairs needed to make with the arms of the vehicle or anything. Brand new falken tires dont just wear off to thread in less than 8k miles of driving unless the alignment is off.
after talking to **** and him trying to spark up a deal with me he then threatened my place of work and says I know who writes your checks. Little did he know I do not work at the establishment I was currently at that he thought I worked at. All I wanted him to do is do right about the situation. And take responsibility. I have documentation of tires bought and purchased a month before my suppose alignment. Even the tire guy agrees and says theres no way they should have worn off that quickly without alignment being done right the first time. Stacking a curb or a side panel of wooden paint on a garage has nothing to do with the alignment. Thank you

We have full proof of readings before and after, which you the customer were provided with. You, by your own admission did not have the vehicle immediately aligned after tire replacement, you stated tires were purchased in March, we aligned in April. We have complete documentation of existing inner tire wear upon arrival that was significant. You drove the vehicle **** miles from 4/18 to 6/13. We are curious how many miles were driven between March and April before we seen the vehicle. So, if all the tires are new from March then why are the rear tires already worn to the wear bars, evenly ?  There is nothing further we have to offer.
