      I'm not liable for this debt with PRIMAHEALTH CREDIT. I do not have a contract with PRIMAHEALTH CREDIT they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      I wasn't given any hardship and been paying 3 years on time. Manager denied anyone mistreated me on the phone now closed my account. I still have to get the ending part of dental treatment. Also lack of response to make payments preventing certain payments on record that show late.

      I filed a complaint on 8/27/22. It is complaint ID ********. That all went well and the guy that emailed me said my refund has been sent. I still have not received my refund abd there aren't any pending deposits in my account either. I have emailed this man back 4 times to check the status of my refund and make him aware that I still have not gotten it. I don't know what's going on but it's not on my banks end it is the Prima Health people. They haven't sent me a refund and are not answering me again. Their customer service is horrible. I am sending screenshots of my bank account. There are a few emails where I have been told that I will get refunded as well. Also a screenshot of the original complaint with the BBB with he complaint number on it. .

      On August 8th, I had a pending charge for $39.90 for wisecreditscore.com. I called the customer service number and was on the phone for 20 minutes. He was rude and insisted I did sign up for this credit monitoring and I just don't remember doing it. I have never heard of this before and wouldn't sign up for anything like this anyways. He finally said he would cancel this and refund my money. I gave it a couple days then checked my account and it was still charged for the $39.90. I have filed a dispute with my card for the $39.90. I checked my balance today and they have charged ANOTHER $39.90. This was supposed to be cancelled. I never gotten the first refund from them. I have called them and was put on hold then disconnected. Ive emailed 5 times no one has gotten back with me. I have no idea what else I could possibly do. I just want my money back from them soon as possible.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.The only other thing ng I can think is a different email. I use ******************** and ********************* My date of birth is 04/29/1977 last four of my ss# ****. Last four of the card charges is ****. ******************************************************** . My maiden name was ****** if that helps. If any of this helps that would be great. Let me know please

      *** comes up a health place but the exact address of this is the address of the place I am referring to. It's called wisecreditscore.com. They tried to charge me $39.90 last week. I called them because I had no idea who they were. I never signed up for any subscription with them. I haven't even heard of them. The charge was pending at the time. I was on the phone about 20 minutes. The guy I spoke with was quite rude and was insisting I signed up for it somehow. I know for a fact I did not. I have free credit karma so I would not need He finally aired me it is cancelled and the $39.90 will not be taken out of my bank. It was taken out the next day. They never cancelled it. The guy actually hung up on me and I was being as nice as I could be. I have filed a dispute with my card company and besides calling these people I have emailed 4 times. No one will answer at this place. Not 1 single person. I am sending a screen shot of my tone on the phone and the changes

      I have searched our entire data base and an not able to find any customer or payment for anyone with this name, phone number or email.  It appears perhaps that there is either an error in the info she has given you or they signed up under a different name.

      If you can provide the correct name, email, phone or customer number we will be happy to lookup the customer and refund the payment if they no longer wish to receive our service.  We are always very clear with customers, if you cancel prior to the billing date there is never a charge, we only charge when service is delivered.

      Please let us know if you can provide the correct info and we will be happy to close this account out.
