1 starJust a note to beware of www.*********************.com & www.simplysolarsocal.com. They do not honor their warranties on their solar panels. In July we discovered two of our solar panels are not producing electricity. The converter is not sending information to Edison. At first the contact at American Vision stated it is not their concern to contact Simply Solar. Now Simply Solar states the warrantee is under American Vision. After numerous attempts to American vision, now no one will answer or return our phone calls.
On a second note, does anyone have a recommendation for a good solar repair/service company and a good lawyer.
The Better Business Bureau is next on my list.

We are very sorry that you are having such a frustrating experience getting your warranty fulfilled. We want to try and provide some clarification. Your contract is with American Vision. American Vision hired Simply Solar as subcontractors to install the solar. To get your warranty you have to go through the company you bought your solar from and signed a contract with, American Vision. Simply Solar has no warranty or contract with American Vision clients as we were only subcontractors. Unfortunately American Vision has closed their solar department and are not providing their customers with accurate information. American Vision, as the contract holder, is responsible for addressing your warranty fulfillment. We sincerely hope that American Vision remedies this quickly for you.
