      I ordered a faja from this company and was unable to fit it. I sent it back in for a replacement and never received the replacement. Someone reached out to me and advised a new one would be sent out and I never received it.

      I placed an order on 8/11/24 for $88.26 with shapellx I purchased a CoreSculpt Underwire Push-Up Bra and AirSlim Butt-Lifting High Waist Shorts upon receiving the email for shipment I notice that the address was incorrect I immediately emailed the company to notify them they didn't respond for 24 hours in the mean time I went to the post office to see if I could intersect the package which they were able to re-deliver the package I notify the company that I was able to get my package when receiving the Items the Shorts were too small I emailed the company for a return label to exchange the item after sending four emails they finally responded I then returned the item sent them proof of the return as instructed to only receive the same items in the same size not only that they sent another Bra which I did not need all I wanted to do was exchange the Shorts for a larger size I have requested that they Call me because ****** thease people do not read thier emails this is very frustrating and I am very dissatisfied and stuck with something I can not wear

      When I communicated over a week ago that I wanted to know what was going on with my order, this is the message that I received, "shapellx: We apologize for the delay. The color of the item you selected is selling out quickly, and we need some time to restock. Would you be willing to wait an additional 5-7 business days for the item to be restocked? Alternatively, we can offer you the beige color as an exchange. We also have other styles available. As a courtesy, we would like to provide you with a $20 off gift code for your next purchase (code: KK-20)." After I responded back that I would take the item in another color I had no reply back. Now its 10 days since I initially purchased, no response back after I accepted their alternate choice, no more emails, and there is no actual phone you can call customer service, no way to communicate but with email, IM, and TXT, and now I want a refund ASAP back on my card because I purchased the same type of item with your competitor and I just got it this morning with no issues. I had to get one for an upcoming event and this with ShapeLLX is now no longer needed. I have also sent an email to your team as well Order SYSX-*******

      Order date: April 27, 2024. Deliver date: May 02, 2024. I was trying to get a return label to return it for a bigger size. The product was not damage or defective. On May 03, that is when I started trying to get a return label. It is August 23, 2024, and I still don"t have a return label.July 15, 2024, Shapellx sent me an email stating that they will reship a bigger size and I don't have to return the original item if I did a review. Once I did the review Shapellx wanted me to remove it from Trust pilot. I told Shapellx once I receive the correct size, I will remove it. Now they are talking about a chargeback. the charge has been settled and closed. You will see from the statement from **************** that is closed. The email will show how deceptive Shapellx is.

      I ordered an item since July 26th 2024 and I reached out to the company several times and I am getting the same response the item is out of stock. Then I get an email advertising a sale for the same item I purchased. I beleive this company is a scam company. The item is,already paid for and it is almost 1 month I am waiting. Ship my order or refund my money ??

      Order 2 items from the company totaling $125.19. I reached out to the company 2 months ago to request a refund. The company offered me to keep the items and get a refund, I declined keeping the items and opted to return the items for my refund. Items were sent off on July 23rd. **** delivery confirmed on July 29th at 3:50 PM. I have been reaching out to the same email regarding the status of my refund. Ive been receiving the same message regarding sending it back and here is your return label. I would simply like to receive my refund for these items as they have received their items back.

      I placed an order for rushed ($19.99) shipping on 7/12 for an event I was attending. It stated 1-3 business days to ship with an additional 1-2 days processing. It's 7/23 and my item still has a status of "unfufilled." I've texted, emailed, and tried that hack of a "live" chat which someone "usually" gets back to you in a few hours yet it's been a few days and still I'm waiting. At this point I don't think I'm gonna get my item let alone want it. I want my money back. I've purchased items from them before with no issue so now I'm starting to feel very disrespected. If the item is on back order at least communicate!! I'm over it... give my money back now!

      I never received my package, trying to reach them via the chat bot that's available is a joke. I must've sent 3 to 4 emails today and tried to chat. I reached the least trustworthy shipper they used DHL, and the automated service asks for a 10 digit tracking number. Well, I don't have that the tracking number that was in my email has more numbers that. This is my 2nd attempt to be a customer of this company, but I'm not longer interested in the product since I needed it for this weekend I will be shopping locally, So I'm requesting my full refund since I have no merchandise and will no longer need it.This is he DHL ecommerce tracking number ****************************** , more than 10 numbers.
