      Shipped my PS3 to Reball Genius on 5-1-2024 for ***** in shippping charges. Was charged ****** for repairs to the unit and ***** for return shipping. Have attempted to contact for disposition on repairs by phone and internal web mail and have received no reply.

      Just like everyone else. Took my system, it was delivered, never sent it back to me. Going to contact local police then I'm catching a flight to this place if its even their place. It's nothing but a plane ticket. I'm going to knock on the door and see who answers. Crooks! I'm out $110.00 for service, 25$ for shipping, and 200$ for the console.

      I paid the said business for repair services, and they have stopped responding to my e-mail and also did not respond to Paypal. Paypal has issued a $105.66 refund to me, but they still have the motherboard that I shipped to them which is still valuable if fixed. Also, I paid $23.00 to ship the item to them. I want to get my item back and also refunded for shipping it to them since my guess is that they are defrauding people of out of products they can fix and then sell it to the public.

      There's no point in taking the time for a bunch of detail. My story is the same as everyone else here. I paid, I send a motherboard, communication stopped. He has stolen my money and board. I will be contacting the police to file a report. I would advise you all to do the same. He has to be selling this stuff somewhere so there's prob a local pawn shop involved and just maybe it can be taken down. I will be calling the local news there too.

      I paid reballing genius on December 6th for repairs to be done on the video game systems shipped to him. 2 of the units were fixed in a timely manner, however 2 remained to be repaired. After numerous attempts of communicating with the company without response, I would like my systems returned and money refunded.

      I was giving this business a chance to repair and return my product, there was no guaranteed process time. However after a year I have not heard any communication from the company. I want what I paid for and my console returned to me.

      Purchased a rushed PlayStation 3 rush repair service (one day turnaround and reballing technical repair) on February 15th 2022, but did not receive the item back and have not received any update since. I have sent multiple messages through https://ps3specialist.com/ and his personal email (k****************m) but have received no response back. I do not believe he will be returning the console or returning my money, or fixing the console and sending it back. He has essentially charged me $200.00 plus an additional and expensive shipping cost to steal my PlayStation 3 console.
