Option one plumbing is a SCAM they run your cc for money then when you call the refund and rerun it again. Beware!!! The Family has no control over they other locations and pass the buck so they are never accountable. Classic story of over expanding with no brand control and destroy they own family name and product. SO SAD!!!!!!

Tenant lady noticed a leak from the cold water valve to washer machine on Saturday 12th. Just to come out and check the technician (?) charged $ 100. To replace one valve, he charged $ 150. So a total of $ 250 was paid by the tenant lady. It could have waited till Monday to fix at a reasonable cost. Their website announces discounts, and that would be helpful to us collecting social security. Their response is that it is a paid invoice and discounts can not be processed any more. They forget that it was paid by a tenant. Large companies can give discounts after invoicing and payment, but not a plumbing company?

I called Option One Plumbing for a clogged drain and toilet replacement, Robert explained to me what was causing the issue and provided me with not just one option but 3 options that fit my budget he also explained to me step by step to taking care of my plumbing for the future not only am I satisfied with the prices but with the lovely employees when booking the appt they were so nice and always kept in contact letting me know the status of the arrival thank you option one may you go to heaven

I had an appointment with Option One today between 3 and 5 pm. I drove home from Long Beach to Claremont (1.5 hours) to meet the plumber. I get a call at 3:07 from Option one indicating they need to reschedule for tomorrow. This company has done good.wirk.for us but I think it is unreasonable and disrespectful for the company to treat customers in this manner. Our time is valuable just like their time is and to handle things in this manner is unreasonable.

OPTION ONE PLUMBING, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF I was charged $3,850.00 for work that should have cost $800.00 and quoted $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 for a repair I paid $1,800.00 elsewhere. February 7, 2021 when my kitchen sink was not draining, I called Option One Plumbing after seeing their advertisement for drain cleaning for $68.00. Option One Plumbing dispatched two plumbers to my house. After a few minutes they said they couldn’t get the cap off my clean out pipe to clean the drain and needed to knock a hole in the stucco on the other side of the kitchen sink to install a new clean out for a fee of $3,850.00 which I needed to give them the okay. I told them I didn’t have $3,850.00 to get the drain cleaned out to which I was told this was the only way they could get their equipment into clean the drain and they could get me financed on the spot. Based on their recommendation I agreed to allow them to sign me up for the financing so they could proceed to clear the clogged drain. After a few hours the clean out pipe was replaced (see attached photo). Option One Plumbing service men were able to get their machine into the pipe to jet clean it and insert a camera into the drainpipe only to tell me they could NOT clean the drain because the cast iron pipe running under my kitchen floor had rusted out, collapsed, and was filling with sand and dirt. I then asked what I have to do next. The plumber told me the 12 feet of line under the kitchen needed to be replaced at a cost between $12,000.00 and $14,000.00 labor and material and again telling me they could get me instant financing. I told them I would let them know later if I wanted to have them do any more work. A few days later I got estimates from two other licensed plumbers. Both plumbers agreed the line was rusted out and collapsed, both plumbers said the work Option One Plumbing did in the wall for the clean out should not have cost more than about $800.00 (the hole was still in the wall so they could view the work Option One Plumbing performed for $3,850.00). One of the second opinion plumbers was not interested in replacing the pipe under the concrete kitchen floor. The other plumber said his guys could do it within the next week or so and costing much less than the Option One Plumbing quote of $12,000.00 to $14,000.00. That plumber returned in few weeks, cut the concrete floor from wall to wall, replaced the rusted-out pipe under the floor for a charge of $1,800.00. The vinyl floor covering was replaced for $600.00 (I assume the vinyl floor was not included in the quote from Option One Plumbing to replace the drainpipe.) Sadly, I think it IS probably legal to overcharge someone once you get prior authorization. (Which I gave for the $3,850.00 because I trusted them to be fair in their pricing.) Please beware of Option One Plumbing.

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for them to come out and fix my plumbing. They have no-called, no-showed to 3 appointments. I don’t know there reason but this is not how a business should carry themselves. Over the phone they advised us to buy a new toilet and have everything ready for them, yet they don’t show up. Now I have my old toilet and new toilet sitting in my house. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend this company.
