Air Medic sent a technician out to troubleshoot our system as it was only blowing room-temperature air. They replaced a piece of the system that was covered under my Home Warranty and restored my AC to blowing cold air. With that being said, Air Medic sent in an inaccurate supplemental claim excluding/inactivating my coverage in my Home Warranty Contract and refused to remedy the situation, despite causing it.Under the guise of submitting an additional claim for further routine maintenance, Air Medic led me to believe that they had our best interest in mind for the upkeep of our system. Instead, they had their best interests in mind, monetarily, and exaggerated the claim and submitted failure to your Air Handle was due to not normal wear and tear.This resulted in a lapse in our coverage with the Home Warranty. The invoice we received from Air Medic painted a different picture Diagnosis: Dirty Evaporator Coil Clear Condensation. Nowhere does it state a remaining or persistent failure of the Air Handler.Upon calling Air Medic to find a resolution and potentially still have them do the maintenance they had originally invoiced, I inquired why they had reported the failure of my Air Handler to my Home Warranty. When no adequate answer was provided aside from thats what was determined needs to be fixed, I requested they remedy the inaccuracy. I requested they either provide proof or an explanation of the Air Handler is not functioning properly (despite a tolerable range for the supply air and return air) OR by clarifying how this was considered outside of normal wear and tear on an old system. All in all, this should have been the bare minimum offered to me.Air Medic offered no further assistance and proceeded to hang up on me. This is a shady business looking to capitalize on others' ignorance. Be warned and stay safe! Check the ****** Review for photo evidence of their crooked dealings.

Unprofessional/Rude - miss appointments and when they cause a problem they don't fix it. They hang up on you. I will admit, I got a bit irate due to their lack of response, but even when I wasn't they were rude and had a "couldn't care less attitude. They also overcharged me for Freon for the *** They charged me $200 per pound and according the research I did, it says that the cost for R-22 refrigerant ranges from $20 to $50 a ***************, and I was told that it could no longer be purchased, but they lied about that too, it can be purchase by a pro, which I assumed they were. On top of all of this, they did something to my system and it now sounds like a jet engine is landing on my house, it was never noisy like that before and I'm still waiting on them to call with an appointment to fix that problem. I would never use this company again.

These guys were amazing. Ive never had such an awesome contractor sent by my home warranty. From the 1st phone call, through the multiple appointments, to the finished install everything went smooth. If you ever have a chance to use them I would highly recommend!
