Financial ********************** is filing this complaint on Pomona Valley Towing. We have a box truck company vehicle license plate ******* vin number ***************** that was reported stolen on November 16th of 2023. We filed the police report with officer ***** from Pomona ***************** ******* report number P2311-00690). After which the detective called the towing company and they stated they did not have a vehicle fitting our description. We have been looking for the vehicle since then. On Wednesday January 24th detective ****** of the Pomona Police called ** and notified us that Pomona Valley Towing did in fact have our vehicle in their lot. He told us to contact them to have vehicle returned, but when we contacted them they would not give us information and said the car is "sold." They never notified us that they had the vehicle, we went to the *** to pay our registration, did a statement of fact " FInancial Consulting help center is not selling or transferring the title of the truck. The release of liability was an error,"and we also paid our license. We called today 1/29 and they will not help us in any way. Please help us if they are trying to sell our vehicle without ever notifying us. They claim to have sent documentation but we never received anything to any of our addresses. We believe they did this in bad faith as they have gone out of their way to elude us and not provide correct information.This is Pomona Valley Towing information **** ************** Pomona ** ***** 909 623-1487Initial Complaint

1/24/24 Pomona valley towing towed my car that was parked in a privately owned area in which I rent. I did not break no law and was park appropriately behind my other car. When I asked who reported the car to be towed I was told the property owner. I know the property owner personally I showed him the incident report and he said he never called or sign any documents. *********** wont help in regards to explain why it was towed who called and made up false accusations. My car was never blocking any other car, crossing into fire lanes or parked illegally. I had the police confirm they did not call or had anything to in regards to my car being towed. The city of Pomona should back up their residents when they are right and this tow company should be looked into for corruption and on going ilegal towing practices. Am sure this is not the first time they do such things, they take advantage of situations like this since no one regulates them.Initial Complaint

Very rude customer service. came before they close to pick up our car by 10 mins, when I asked for a brake down of the excessive charges, the rep start shouting and houling, they charged us late fees for no reasons for $ 100.00 besides storage fees of $59.00, while the car only been there for few hours same day. report this company and filled a small claim court case against them.
