I went to the doctor december ********************************************************************************************************************* that information I waited over 5 minutes and I had to leave they called me about 10 minutes later left a message saying they will send it to me via mail it's been almost 2 weeks and nothing has been sent I sent 2 emails to them since that time & no response.Business response

******************' complaint was referred to the Director of the Clinic. The Director, ********************** has contacted ************************* on December 26, 2023. A follow up email and letter have been sent to ****************** with contact information for the Director and also the Patient ******************** at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. Thank you for this information and allowing us an opportunity to resolve ******************' concerns and assist with her follow up.

I am rejecting this response because: while I have no issues at all with my doctor he is very kind, patient and attentive what my problem is, it's with the staff at PVMC it seems as though the only way for them to listen is if I file BBB complaint I have filed alot if them.for the same reasons you would think that they would do better by patients but not by this one. I emailed PVMC via the patient portal regarding my referral I emailed *************************************** and no response at all so until PVMC starts doing better expect more of these and a more formal.complaint to my local congress

I went to my doctors appointment in July of this year 2023 i needed some referrals for some blood work and other things that i wanted to get done i was referred to a ************* ***************************** for as my doctor stated an ultra sound i have the paperwork for verification i contacted the dr ****** as ************ i was informed that they do not do that there, the other number that is listed on my referral is ************ which i also called Pomona valley medical center through my medical referred me to this doctor an ultra sound is what i need and because of this lack of communication and wrong information i cannot get this done eBusiness response
