I reached out to the company because my sons bike is making this last weekend noise and it feels like it wants to break down. Myson used the bike about three times and thats it. Back in December I provided them all the information they informed me that I have oneyear from the date of service for #Warranty. The representative thats reached out to me, called me ***** and did not assist me. I had to follow up with them multiple times. I order an ebike thru nakto and received it on April 30th 2024. Upon arrival I assembled the bike, attempted to turn it on but had difficulty due to the wrong user manual being included. Finally got it to turn on, the battery said 1 bar but it seemed just enough to test ride the bike. Upon test ride the bike was extremely slow(which I assumed was due to low battery) and had a noticeable wobble in the rear tire. I contacted nakto, they had me send them a video of the tire wobble, which I did. They got back to me and said "the tire must have been damaged in shipping" then proceeded to send me ******* and ******* links to fix the problem myself. I asked if they would be paying for the parts to fix it, no response. I ended up buying the parts and watching the video they suggested. It did not work, the video they sent me was to a normal mountain bike, so the tools I bought did not work, plus I'm not a mechanic and know nothing about how to do this kind of thing. They admitted the item was damaged in shipping, but instead of them doing something to fix it they kept having me attempt to do it. Then just no response. Last time we talked was over a week ago, with the woman stating she will talk to her boss and get back to me asap, nothing. I told them since I cannot fix it using the tools and methods they told me, I would just like to exchange the ebike or just return it for a refund and I will buy a different one. Again no response. The order number is #*****. I paid 1098.$ The controller on the bike also came set to 48v, it's a 36v bike. So the settings on the controller came wrong, I asked what the settings should be, and was only sent the old user manual, then the new one, but neither explains what the actual settings should be set to, because their incorrect if set to 48v, so the bike wouldn't even work until I changed it to the correct 36v. So I have no clue as to what other settings could be wrong, but again they refuse to help at all.Initial Complaint

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to inform you of the resolution, or lack thereof, regarding the incident involving the NAKTO SUPER CRUISER electric bike that caught fire in my home. After multiple exchanges with ***** from NAKTO, they agreed to replace the electric bike in exchange for me signing a release stating that I would not *** for damages to my home or replace my couch.I agreed to these terms in good faith, hoping for a swift resolution to the is***. However, since signing the release form, I have not received any communication from NAKTO, and they have ignored all attempts to reach out to them for an update on the replacement bike.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of follow-through on their end and the disregard for our agreement. I am now left without a replacement electric bike and have not received any compensation for the damages caused by the fire.I respectfully request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that NAKTO upholds their end of the agreement to replace the electric bike. Ordered etrike from nakto. Received on 1/26 Bike comes 90% assembled. Just put on front tire , handlebars, and seat. Bike will not power on. Battery charges than within a few hours is dead. Bike is a defective product. Company is refuses to pick up and refund my money. I don't want a defective product or be on hook to pay shipping fee for a defective product. Date of purchase 5/12/2023 amount of money paid $1,499 order # ***** Natko Super 750 watt e bike The back rear hub wheel is not functioning properly, the wire that is connected to the back wheel is continually wrapping around ******** and does not work. I provided pics and videos to show the problem, the solution has not been resolved and i have a one year warranty that they dont honor. I've spoke with ***** numerous of times and they neglected to respond with resolving the problem and stopped answer call and emails... The bike is less then 6 months old with a warrantee that comes for a year and they are brushing the problem towards me.... the rear wheel is not working correctly and all i asked was for a replacement or repair and they denied me having a warrantee that comes when the bike is ordered I have all the proof to show its not a negligence on my behalf and no longer reached out to resolve this issue..Initial Complaint

I purchased a Nakto Santa ****** and have had nothing but problems since the day it arrived. The front fork was broken on delivery and I had to contact Nakto for weeks to try and get a replacement. A week later the battery died and would not take a charge...I have been in constant contact to get a replacement battery! The rear derailer is bent and cannot be repaired and it needs to be replaced! The shifter was also bent and needs to be replaced as the cable is crimped and it will not function! At this point I have accepted I received a complete lemon and after weeks of trying to contact Nakto for a solution, and have gotten no resolution, I would like a replacement sent to me that is not a complete wreck! Nakto will not honor their warranty, will not answer emails or telephone calls, the voice mail is full, and their customer service center is non existent!Initial Complaint

It is about an e-bike purchased directly from Nakto E-bike website, with the following details;- web url: ************************************ order number: #***** - paid amount: $629.10 - issue: clicking and cracking sound from the rear whee of Skylark(model) e-bike.- response from Nakto e-bike: They sent me a replacement wheel, that required a special tool to disassemble and reassemble it. When asked about how to disassemble, they gave me a few phone numbers of bike service shops in my area. However, ALL OF THOSE NUMBERS ARE NOT RESPONSIVE ONE, and NAKTO E-BIKE REFUSE FOR ME TO RETURN THE **** BY MYSELF FOR REFUND.Initial Complaint

I have purchased 2 ****************** ebikes. both came completely defective. the first bike. The back rim completely went out spokes completely broke and went out the spoke snapped an the rim went out alignment. and the battery on the bike caught fire when it was charging and every single nut and bolt that came on the bike was completely loose and brakes was defective and not working even with the proper tune-up from bike shop you contact the company they give you the complete runaround and once they find out that you have problems they completely ignored you. ghost you. and completely avoid you. and then the second bike came with bad front bearings in the ***** had to be replaced and bottom bracket and crank arms was cracking popping and had to be repaired and the battery is starting to crack and the Connecting Point of the battery is starting to melt and severely get hot when in use not safe to use you contact the company they completely ignored you completely ghost you completely avoid you and both of these bikes are completely brand new with paperwork and everything and proof of purchase you let the company know you have the proof of purchase and everything like that you get no contact from anybody just completely avoided you. An go call the phone number voicemails are completely full and no longer accepting voicemails. these are very expensive ***** a piece not in counting shipping and no one to talk to to fix the issues and both bikes completely broken and not safe and no one to fix the issues please help to resolve this issue I really want to enjoy life and get back on the road and not have to worry about a company ripped me off and not helping me at all to fix their garbage it is not right people have to go through this and both bikes with broken set's all the bolts and structure completely bent came with bad gears they will not switch properly kept on slipping and even with the proper tune up through the bike shop still not working properly.Initial Complaint

I ordered a ebike battery from Nakto Bikes website on Feb 9 2023 for $279 the only description on the website says it is for Folding Ox which is my bike the website has since changed to have two batteries listed by dimensions for the Folding Ox. I recieved the order but the battery is to small for my bike I asked for a refund or exchange but they haven't replied to my emails.
