Even though their website requires your make and model of motorcycle, their covers do not fit correctly. Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.

Warning!!! I ordered an expensive cover for my 2010 ****** Tundra. The cover came but I was on lengthy vacations and unable to try it on. When I was able I put it on the vehicle and it isnt close to fitting. I provided pictures and measurements to customer service in hopes of making it right. They apologized and offered 3 options..1) They could apply my current purchase to that of a custom cover (an additional nearly $200 beyond what I had already spent), 2) keep the cover and receive 10% back, and 3) return for a full refund if I was within 30 days of purchase (which I wasnt due to vacation). After going back and forth over 3 weeks they informed me that I misunderstood their website and that they provide semi-custom covers and had shipped the closest fit (note, the website says guaranteed fit) and that they would try to get management to approve the full refund even though I was beyond 30 days. Today I was informed that no refund was possible due to the 30 days and that they recommended selling the cover on ***** Buyers beware!

Worst company every!!! Dont order from this company, they should be shut down!!! Ordered 3 UTV covers well worth over $700. When purchasing I was given an option to purchase some locks for these covers. Of course I got those trying to keep my UTV out of extreme weather. Received the covers and never received the locks, after three emails out to them they finally responded with there out of stock and will send when they can. Wont give me my money back, went to Harbor freight and found the same locks for half the price. *********** of wind we had stretched out the covers now they dont stay on the UTVs. The elastic used is so cheap it stretched out in the first wind storm. Not to mention definitely not water proof either!!! There are plenty of companies out there do your research before spending your hard earned money on crap!!! Wish I did could have saved me over $700. Will never use this company again!!!

I received my car cover in a timely manner. It fits my large SUV perfectly. Rain rolls right off. I've only had it a few weeks-so far so good!

CUSTOMER WARNING!!! The lifetime warranty claim for there platinum cover is a scam. ************* makes the customer jump through hoops. Plus you have to spend your money to ship your defective cover back to them so they can inspect it. there's no way for me to write this review on there web site. Also I could not find an email address to email them. I did request a warranty claim on the web site. That's when they said I needed to mail my package to them to review. This is what I believe to be my second warranty claim. They replied saying that this would be my third warranty claim. I ask them to send me the photos I sent them on the second warranty claim. They replied saying they don't have them but they have proof. So I ask them to send me a copy of the proof. They sent me a copy of the second warranty claim, one problem the email on the copy was not mine. Also they said the second warranty claim was 8 months after my first warranty claim ( kinda crazy if you think this is a cover with a lifetime warranty). These covers only last 2-3 years. They are not waterproof. The silver coating starts to come off after its first year. They might reply to this review with how great they are and and how they are doing everything they can to satisfy the customer DON'T BELIEVE THEM! I'm done with this company. I do not want there defective cover. If they did send me a new cover I would refuse delivery.

CarCovers.com top cover fabric Platinum Shield is not worth the premium, does not protect from rain or snow as claimed. After two weeks outside in snow, the cover was saturated through. Notified CarCovers.com who replied that, in their fine print, none of their covers protects from water "seepage", and further it was probably "dew rising up from the ground". Ha ha, frozen snow-covered ground! Their website is full of flowery descriptions, promises and rhetoric but, in the fine print found hidden deep on their site, CarCovers.com admits their products aren't protection at all.

The reviews at Car Covers. com are completely FAKE. I went thru 15 pages. All positive, but bogus. Scores of reviews were generic things like "great website" "easy to navigate" "good service" etc. 15 pages in on the reviews were still dated within a few days of my search. I was looking for reviews from years back to see how the product holds up or how the company honors it's "lifetime warrant" Found none on their site. Also, some other supposedly neutral websites gave them great reviews. I suspect this company spends more on ass-covering than on customer service or product quality. **** in *****, **
